Amazing hotel with amazing staff and amazing food as well

Ein schönes Hotel / Resort mit sehr netten und höflichen Mitarbeitern. So gut wie alle Angestellten dort können sogar deutsch verstehen oder sprechen.

在埃及十二天除了一開始兩晚住民宿後面全程五星級酒店，一個比一個讓人驚喜，導致後面都選施伯閣酒店，盧克索這個我個人滿意，沒網上寫得差，雖然我那個房間地板有個位置踩着彈起來像泡過水一樣，前台neymeen和mohaamed rogab（不知有沒拼錯）熱情有禮貌，看我娃護照還説生日快樂，給我們安排靠中庭房間也不錯，早餐很豐盛，在酒店吃飯兩天，意大利餐廳還可以，小龍蝦有點貴，泰國餐廳偏甜，去帝王谷回來碼頭才知道可以包船直達酒店碼頭的，簡直不要太方便了！酒店的落日也太美了…… 除了酒店外面像狗皮膏葯一樣粘着你不放的馬車出租車當地人讓人有點煩，一路埃及自由行都美好無比，人民熱情有禮貌，看到我們不停説愛你中國愛你愛你，一路被各種要求合影，一路都遇上熱心埃及人，包車司機都特別奈斯，沒要小費，五星級酒店都必須安檢，太喜歡埃及了，就是網絡太差是個通病，所有酒店網絡都上不了的！一共住三晚，還有就是熱氣球被放鴿子，明明談好價格來開單又坐地起價，導致沒搭成，盧克索這些代理是真的看誰出錢多做生意，別的沒啥好批評埃及的了！

來埃及旅遊，比較了很多家，最終選擇了這家，一價全含的酒店，工作人員都很友好，度過了一個愉快的假期

Great location with many options to go to with the kids, pools are great, restaurants are great, personnel is great! Even though the different type of pillows, this might be something to improve, however we are very sensitive with neck and back, so this might be something only we encounter. Sky restaurant view is awesome! See added picture.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic resort, all staff from reception to housekeeping staff were so lovely and attentive and would go above and beyond, especially Bassem who made a different towel origami each day for our son! The rooms were so clean and spacious. The food in the main buffet hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good with a variety to suit everyones taste, salads and fruits were prepared fresh daily. There are many different restaurants within the resort which you can book, serving Italian to Middle Eastern food. There are many different pools which were all so nice and clean, but we ended up having to save a spot each morning as by 11am there were limitied sunbed spaces available, my son loved the pools and water slides and just wanted to stay there allday, the kids pirate ship pool area was fantastic for little ones. The Red Sea beach was across the road from the resort and can be a bit of a walk but there are buggies that can pick you up and take you to the beach and once there it was a lovely clean beach with amazing views, there was also food and drink served fresh daily and activites available. There are shops within the resort where you can buy things but be aware as they can be a rip off and soon as they hear the English accent the price goes higher, but there are shops just outside of the resort along the main road where prices were reasonable and didnt rip you off. You can book excursions whithin the hotel with agents there at a reasonable price but you have to barter with them, we went on the quads excursion with entertainment in the evening which was a good experience but Be Warned not to eat the food served because it must have been left out for some time and i was not well for a few days with a stomach bug which ruined my holiday slightly and was not pleasant, the agents do not tell you about these things! We also went on the Submarine excursion which was fantastic and an amazing experience. Overall had a fantastic time and would visit again hopefully soon!

Amazing staff and excellent facilities. We have booked a family room, it was very convenient and we loved it. The Aqua park is amazing and the pools diversely serving many ages, family, kids and even couples. Moreover the food is considered very very good and we all enjoyed each meal

Our accommodation in Steigenberger aqua magic was AMAZING. The family suite was spacious and always clean. The aqua park was very nice. The food was excellent. The service was 100/10. Thanks for these memorable holiday. We 'll definitely be back again soon.

Great hotel and lots of restaurants and facilities. staff can't do enough for you and don't always expect to be tipped. Sun beds you had to get them around 8am otherwise not many available. The only negative I would say is that the allergy information in the restaurants was non existent both me and my daughter have serious nut and sesame allergies and they use a lot of sesame in their food. If I wanted to know if something had nuts in I had to ask the chef to go through everything 3 times a day becomes very tedious, so as a result I had multiple minor reactions which wasn't fun, it would be very simple for them to label food with a symbol for nuts as they had them for wheat and gluten, Rooms were cleaned daily and beds very comfortable. We had the ice and the salads and despite the manager telling me they filter the water 4 times we all had upset tummies a few times over the holiday. The staff in the handbag and the inflatables shop on site were very rude to me and prices are expensive. Make sure to take euros not Egyptian pounds if coming from the uk as you lose a lot of money and pay pretty much double for everything if you use Egyptian cash. Take 100 dollar bill to the airport for the visa ir works out cheaper than paying in any other currency. Overall we enjoyed our stay here
