It is a great resort. Located in middle of island. Although it is far away from northern and southern tourist hotel complex,it is close to night market and the price is really affordable. It just you might need to rent a scooter or hire taxi for better mobility. We rent scooter so we had fun.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from 18-20/Jul 2025. Several serious issues negatively affected my experience: 1. There was continuous water leakage in my room ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. 2. I was unable to reach the front desk via the room phone despite multiple attempts, and I could not contact the buggy service either. Communication was very difficult. The hotel is located in a remote area, and it was extremely hard to get transportation, which made commuting frustrating. I hope the management will take these concerns seriously and provide a reasonable explanation and compensation. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

It was a great resort with good breakfast options and good location if you rent a motorbike to explore the island. The beach at the resort is nice as well. The restaurant was average, and there was much better food and cheaper outside the hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which was great too! Overall, it was a great island and a peaceful place.

I visited here for the second time. Although the transportation is uncomfortable, I wanted to relax in a spacious villa in a quiet area. In particular, the staff were friendly, and they seem to be carefully selected, educated, and treated. In particular, the desk staff was friendly, and it was easy to communicate in English. (Many of the five-star hotels in Phu Quoc have difficulty in communicating with desk staff in English) This is not a fancy and noisy place. Rather, it is a place of quiet peace that is practical and classy. Everything is going accordingly. There are not many types of dishes at breakfast, but the quality is good. Both of the spa and restaurant service are cost-effective. The beach and pool are small but practical, cozy, elagant, and well managed. The resort buildings and interiors are also small and old, but I could feel the soul of the architect.

So disappointed to live here for 3 night 1. Room FACILITIES was dirty and found mold in hand wash bottle 2. No any towel was provided in the second day 3. Limited activities provided by hotel

had a great stay here! room was nice and facing the sea, staff are friendly as well. do take note if heading out will need to call the buggy to the lobby (complimentary). fantastic stay!

nice villa, with beautiful view near the breakfast place. that very close to the beach. just it is not close to town. need to take grab wherever you want to go.

The hotel is a beach front hotel. However, once you are in there, it's hard for you to walk out to find food or anything unless you rent a car or a motorcycle. The normal room also very far from the beach. Lucky I book beach front room so we don't have to walk far. The room is nice but there are some stains on the floor and the toilet is quite hard to flush.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The service quality was poor, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains on the furniture and dusty surfaces. Additionally, there was no body lotion provided, which seemed like a basic amenity to expect. The breakfasts were also a letdown. The food lacked flavor and was not enjoyable, making it difficult to start the day on a positive note. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of attention to detail and the subpar quality of both the rooms and the dining experience.

This is a formerly nice hotel, nowadays it’s ok but there’s certainly nothing 5-star about this place. It’s visibly old/rundown, though for the most part we would’ve been ok with that if it wasn’t sold as being 5-star. Cleaning was ok but not great, it never felt fully clean as it’s a bit dated and some things just look a bit dirty as a result of that. But the personnel overall were nice and helpful, with the exception of some bluntly asking for tip.  Breakfast was included, I wouldn’t have paid for it as it was a really said affair. Except for some of the local soups, pho, which were ok. Anything western was extremely poor quality and tasteless unfortunately. Overall, location and beach is pretty ok if you want something secluded, but it certainly isn’t worth paying a premium for this hotel.
