Ulasan MinaMark Beach Resort

First time I stayed there in room 714 I heard it renovated and I found out it is great hotel I spent 1 week with my wife and our friends from Slovkaia and we enjoyed so much reception staff very helpful ,polite ,patient and they handle any troubles fast and easy especially SAID in the reception is one of the best there . Food and beverage both are great and for very tasty and variety and chefs are very friendly and helpful even executive chef And his assistance they are always there and keep their eyes for details even refill food by their selves to offer good service and they handle any thing missing by their hands thye are doing a great job there and offer service of 5 star hotel not 3 star . Restaurants are clean and modern design staff are helpful and fast worker only my comment about restaurant manger main restaurant he must behave because he took with me once in unaccepted behavior plus he is little bit rude with his staff front of guests. Beach are clean and sandy but my comment only to increase sunbeds so all guest will have available sunbeds and don't need to wake up early to book sunbeds . Rooms are clean and have nice Balcony and housekeeping are good. Happy I stayed there and hope next time for more improvement to be more comfortable and hotel deserve to good ovulation and thanks for good service .
