Very convenient with the shuttle bus which runs 24 hrs. Front desk check in was friendly and helpful. Good for one night stay before the flight early next morning. Bed a bit too soft me.

A short bus trip from the terminal. Next to the rental car area. Good value for money. Pool, gym and sauna.

the best hotel so far i’ve been to

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to everything I needed. The overall comfort of the room and amenities exceeded my expectations, ensuring a relaxing stay. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus service, which made getting around the area a breeze. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next visit!

The room was very very small and the hotel didn’t want to lend out cork screws. The bathroom was small as well.

The hotel is around 1.5 km away from the airport and free shuttle bus to the airport is provided. You don’t have to arrange in advance because it comes very frequently (every 15 minutes). But I did miss the Bus because I didn’t check out the bus departure board to know which bus stop. We arrived late (late for Sweden-standard which is almost 9pm) at Terminal 2 arrival and the WH Smith was already closed. There were no shops/restaurants at the vicinity of the hotel and my only option was the hotel restaurant/room service. There were clementines and free water provided though. But it seems that the water bottles in the mini bar in the room are only free for Radisson Rewards members. When checking-in at the hotel, there was long queue so I decided to use the automatic kiosk. However, I was assigned a bad room (located at another building) and I couldn’t find the room. So we went to the human reception and he assigned us a better room. All in all, even though the check-in process was long, at least I learned how to check-in using a kiosk. The bed was comfortable but I do miss the old experience of just watching TVs in the hotel room. The TV was not connected to local tv channels and therefore our only option was to use the Chromecast and then watch Netflix. The next day, we just checked out online and then dropped off the card at the reception and took the bus to the airport. It was in December so the whole place was covered in snow. Still very magical!

The location is nice, but another radiosonde hotel in the airport was better in location. And the service in the reception was actually bad. They didn’t explain anything, I mean he just told the floor. I want them to tell the room number and explain some like open time or some services or Wi-Fi. I don’t believe that that happened because I’m Japanese. Anyway, I couldn’t say the service is good.

The room too small meal too expensive

部屋も快適でとても良かった 空港からのバスも頻繁に運行していて、便利でした。 ホテル周辺はなにもないので、そこは少し不便

前台很熱情很有禮貌，距離機場近，有免費班車，E樓餐廳特別棒，打破了我對白人飯的刻板印象。衞生乾淨，非常滿意！

設施：中規中矩。我房間的燒水壺不好用。床特別軟，個人喜歡。舒服。窗簾拉上全黑。 衞生：可以。正常水平。 環境：還OK。離機場夠近。 服務：有擺渡車，從T4來回5分鐘就到。每15分鐘一班。前台效率一般。

這是機場附近最好的酒店，趕早班機特別方便，有接送機BUS，可以按照時刻表安排，大堂提供免費咖啡和食物，房間乾淨衞生，值得入住

離機場很近，有24小時接駁巴士。房間很乾凈，早餐種類非常豐富，還有泳池健身房和桑拿房。推薦來機場的朋友們入住
