the location was good overall but the main part was quite far away, uber is cheap so it’s not that big of a deal. the room was extremely nice and clean and had a lot of amenities available.

房間非常新，燈很亮堂，東西很全，特別是廚房用具，公寓式酒店，可以自己做點吃的比較方便，還有餐桌。但由於太新了，卧室會有一些油漆味。酒店管家服務很好，我們叫的車找不到位置他馬上出來幫我們溝通。酒店位置有點偏僻，因為很新，有些taxi找不到酒店位置。

Absolutely perfect for a vacation of you stay in hurgahda. Clean and comfortable rooms , quiet , comfortable beds . Thanks to the doorman/ chairman , really perfect service. Also the location is really nice. Short way to mamsha or sheraton, close to the beach

Loved this place, really helpful management and terrific value. Stayed there either end of a diving holiday. Clean and spacious little apartments with kitchen, bathroom, balcony, bedroom and living room. Also liked that it felt egyptian, I'm not a big fan of large generic hotels either for their cost or ambience.

When you enter the room, you'll find the dirtiest walls you've ever seen in your life, the linen and towels had hairs on them and didn't look changed, the pillows yellowed and stained. The hob is extremely dirty and the hood above it full of dirt and unclean. You won't find a corner in the room that isn't dirty or stained. The bathroom is a disaster with a VERY small tub and the whole bathroom very dirty. In my opinion, this location needs an urgent renovation. Breakfast is a bad joke Regarding your answer on Booking: I paid what you asked for, you have to offer what you promise. Regardless of the asking price, cleaning is not optional. I didn't blame you for the lack of a washing machine and other facilities, but the cleaning must be done. Continental breakfast means more than old and heated boiled eggs
