Ulasan The Oberoi Beach Resort, Sahl Hasheesh

酒店雖然運行了二十多年，但維護很好。房間就是一棟獨棟小平層，很寬敞。早餐是點餐的，但比自助的更可口美味。酒店海灘沒人又乾淨，適合浮潛。泳池正對大海，第一天小朋友在裏面玩兒時，不知什麼東西把腳趾劃傷了。游泳時要當心。酒店外面沒有商業和餐廳，出行需要車接送。

房間很大，是單獨的小套間。來往正門會有高爾夫車，開車的服務人員每一位都很nice，和我們聊天並介紹酒店景點。 酒店的餐廳和泳池都非常美，食物也很好吃，主廚看我們是中國人，早餐特意做了中式炒麪，非常貼心。 house keeping的工作人員每天給我們疊不同的小動物，很有趣。

環境一流，很安靜的度假酒店。就是服務生有點太功利，小費給的多少決定了他們服務的熱情程度

全程本來最期待的酒店，在印度體驗過奧貝羅伊都會被征服，結果到了埃及，一進門就感覺不太對。每個人臉上都沒有笑容，除了個別的人有服務意識，其他的感覺都是敷衍了事。而且很明顯的對於白人，他們會更加熱情，下次不會再選這家酒店了。當然環境和設施還是很不錯的，但是住Oberoi期待的是服務確是最失望的。

Very polite and kind staff, gorgeous suites and nice pool. Nice breakfast and wide beach with different seating options and beach lounging areas. Very clean and I will definitely comeback someday. I would only suggest to have some beach cafe

Very good experience with friendly coaches Ali and Diaa for diving experience! They really take a good care whil we are dividing, and make a truly good time under the sea! 讓人驚艷的感受，Ali對於臺灣有很不錯的好感（台灣出品好東西 在這會是個非常好的潛水體驗，Ali 教練跟Diaa十分專業並且非常簡單清楚的將潛水須知進行說明，海底美景非常的棒，教練帶的也很小心且提供有趣的體驗，大推！！

Oberoi is a fantastic resort very scenographic above the Red Sea. Suite are very beautiful and furnished. Staff is excellent food is nice and snorkelling is amazing. The only pity was that the sea was a bit rough but you could swim without problems. We also had the chance to play tennis and have fun with the coach. Highly recommended.

The resort is one of the most beautiful places I have been to but what topped the beautiful resort is the great customer service and the hospitality. Great fit for a honeymoon stay specially the Grand Suite. What an amazing staff from the limo driver and the doorman all the way through to the General Manager. Everyone did their best to make sure we had fun. The diving center team and instructors were fantastic my wife had her first dive and they made it simple and easy for her. I highly recommend this place, it will definitely be a repeated visit.

The decision to visit Egypt was actually influenced by the fact we saw there is an Oberoi. We visited the one in Marrakesh and still haven’t forgotten how amazing it is and decided to stay at the oberoi in Delhi too. The one in Egypt didn’t disappoint. We had the usual high oberoi levels of customer service from the point their driver met us at the airport through to the end of our stay. We had a royal suite which was beyond our expectations and frankly a bit over the top in terms of space and luxury compared to what we expected from website pictures - it’s a huge suite. Oberoi, you undersell it. Think about getting better pictures and floor plans etc. House keeping went above and beyond every day with different towel animals or decorations to the room, bed and bath. It’s just small touches that impress and make you feel like a royal guest. Spa and gym, facilities could do an update however we both had great massages. One of the best I’ve had. I was floating on a cloud of relaxation afterwards. The onsite scuba center were amazing too, giving me a refresh after 8 years since I first did an open water course. The house reef is amazing for scuba and snorkelling with coral, lion fish, Moray eels, blue spotted rays to name a few things. We also did some dives of their boat. It was just the two of us diving with an instructor and two tourists along for the ride. The boat was huge and felt luxury compared to other diving boats I’ve been on. They even provided great food. We also got all the video and pictures from the dive to keep with no extra charge. Our flight got pushed back 27 hours so we extended our stay an extra day. We got a really late checkout for free and super impressed with the front desk staffs hospitality. It made that delay painless. We will most likely return and thinking of combining with the oberoi Nile cruise.

Once at the hotel every stress from the diabolical flight melted away. As return customers we knew what to expect from this wonderful hotel , we were not disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff they are there but in the background just for you. The complex is extremely clean as is the public areas. The villa’s excellent bedding to dream of towels white fluffy and big enough to wrap your self up in. The beach is kept clean but a fighting battle from rubbish thrown overboard from the passing boats sun beds comfortable and agin plenty of towels . If you want to relax , chill out , no stress at any point then this is the holiday for you. Oef and restaurant staff thank you chief Ponce again magical food . Oberboi you have soo much to be proud of. See you all next year

Another wonderful week at the Oberoi. Beautiful setting, immaculate accommodation and wonderful, friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Manage to get there twice this year and hoping to squeeze in one more visit. It really is our favourite place in the world.
