I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, providing great comfort. The variety of food and snacks offered was impressive and catered to all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I liked this hotel as it was perfect for a solo traveller. The animation team were energetic but not pushy and didn't force people to join in. It is not tremendously large and in March all the activities are done on the beach. I was the only person beside the pool on my first day and was wondering where everyone was.....it's a different world on the beachfront.... hundreds of people sunbathing, swimming etc. Unsure if pools are busy in summer instead of beach. I wasn't very impressed with food.... lots of beef style casserole at beach restaurant but always very fatty and not great quality. Food in main buffet often only lukewarm....I don't like that as I worry about food safety, upset tummies etc. Cocktails are made fresh in front of you and they were lovely. The snorkeling at the hotel beach was super....saw thousands of fish.....even a barracuda and large type of ray. I got 8 nights for a bargain but I see summer rates are at least double the price....on that basis it wouldn't be worth it for me to go back. Lovely friendly staff, very well kept, Cocktails amazing but food let it down for me.

My first experience of an all-inclusive resort. Great food, lovely clean amenities. Enough sun loungers. Friendly staff. Snorkeling right off the beach!

Good food, for alcoholic beverages are very low%, can’t be drunk 🤣 Very quiet place for a relaxing vacation

Stayed here for one night with my kids, it was great. The room was spacious with a balcony, there were many restaurants, pizza and cocktails, all inclusive was great. The independent beach was fun, the kids found interesting things in the water. The music activities in the evening were also good. A beautiful memory, thank you!

A very average hotel, far from 5 stars. Loud animation on the beach and tour sellers pester you 24/7. They don't accept refusal the first time. The hotel is in the desert and there is nowhere to walk outside, but neighboring hotels have a promenade. The room is ordinary, but spacious. Inconvenient organization of food. Large space, all the counters are built along one wall. You have to wander between them for a long time, the food gets cold, although it was initially barely warm. Not enough staff - they do not have time to set the tables, they do not offer drinks, only spy service. The huge space of the hall is completely useless, poorly lit and looks outdated. The staff is not involved and not responsive. I ran 3 times in a row with a broken key to a locked room to the reception, where the girl "fixed" the magnetic card each time. After this, you do not feel rested. A common problem with Egyptian hotels that are painted with 5 stars. We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel - a cringe-worthy evening with a hangar of tables covered with a sheet (photo below). The next 10 days were spent in a hotel nearby (the name repeats the genre of music), it is better to spend money there.

The room is relatively tidy and clean, the room area is also large, the waiter has a good attitude, the hotel environment is very good, the courtyard is like a small park, there is a super large hotel swimming pool, the hotel is directly connected to the beach, it has its own private beach and sea area, it is very convenient to go into the sea to play in the water and swim.

This is an all-inclusive hotel and the food is delicious. The restaurant is great. The hotel has a private beach where you can snorkel and see tropical fish. It's very beautiful. This hotel is very large, a bit like Downton Abbey, but Downton Abbey doesn't have a private beach.

The staff is very flexible, friendly, and helpful (the best is Amir at the reception). The room is clean and spacious enough (two huge beds, balcony with a pool view, simply fantastic!). There's an incredible amount of food and drink; there's something new every day, always a huge selection. The sea is very clean, unfortunately it was too cold for us. We are extremely satisfied!

This is very good, I think the manager here is very good, he let us stay half a day because we have a night flight, I think Egypt is very good, I will come again next time, the food is also very good, I love the grilled chicken here. The beach is also good.

We've been here four times, not much has changed here.

The room is pretty good, the seaside scenery is amazing, it is worth a vacation, breakfast, lunch, dinner are included, and there are many kinds of food to eat, the taste is awesome!
