The morning, after my first night, I went to get coffee and a bagel. A large group had just left, and there was no coffee at all, nothing for breakfast, except a few packets of oa**eal, and it was a mess. I went to the front desk to ask when coffee would be replaced, and there was no one at the front desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk every 10 minutes for a half hour, and there was no answer. I came back to the front desk two more times and there was still no one there. There was still no coffee and breakfast had not been replenished even though it was still during the breakfast hours. I asked one of the guests who was walking around if they had seen anyone at the front desk. They said that there there was only one person working, and he had gone to drive the shuttle to the airport. He said the front desk was unattended for about an hour, but that the guy would be back soon.
When I first went to my room, I wiped surfaces down and the room was dirty, but I was winning to overlook that. After the No coffee and no attendant for over an hour, I had to cancel the additional nights and check in elsewhere. I’m so glad I did.
