Wingate by Wyndham Humble/Houston InterContinental Airport

No breakfast. Only coffee. Elevator is loud and makes noise 24 hours a day. Free shuttle to airport. Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Cable tv has alot of channels. Couch and sofa chair. Table to eat at. Fridge and microwave. Sonic and waffle house next door. Fast food is a few blocks away. There is a gas station across the street. There is street taco vendor who is in the area sometimes. That is across the street from Jack in the box. There is no security guard. There are better hotels with free breakfast and more amenities down the road.

As always we had a blast with the Wingate family at this location. Beautiful scenes with amazing people.

整體是非常不錯的，接待服務，辦事效率，早餐豐富，設施和環境，房間衞生等。之所以服務少給了一分是因為有個前台服務人員在我昨晚買水的時候鬧烏龍從我的卡上刷了我一次房費（我通過攜程預訂的，付款寶付款，酒店之前已經從攜程賬户划走了）, 整體還是非常推薦這家酒店。

鎖是壞的，沒有辦法鎖門，牆剛刷新了，味道比較重，位置優越。

The morning, after my first night, I went to get coffee and a bagel. A large group had just left, and there was no coffee at all, nothing for breakfast, except a few packets of oa**eal, and it was a mess. I went to the front desk to ask when coffee would be replaced, and there was no one at the front desk. I went back to my room and called the front desk every 10 minutes for a half hour, and there was no answer. I came back to the front desk two more times and there was still no one there. There was still no coffee and breakfast had not been replenished even though it was still during the breakfast hours. I asked one of the guests who was walking around if they had seen anyone at the front desk. They said that there there was only one person working, and he had gone to drive the shuttle to the airport. He said the front desk was unattended for about an hour, but that the guy would be back soon. When I first went to my room, I wiped surfaces down and the room was dirty, but I was winning to overlook that. After the No coffee and no attendant for over an hour, I had to cancel the additional nights and check in elsewhere. I’m so glad I did.
