Lied about having their own shuttle. It is a shuttle service. Waited an hour to get shuttle. Stories from driver and hotel were different each call. Messed up room. Did not get our king room we booked. Dirty and no service to clean up. No apologies just rude. Said could clean in morning. Really after we check out? Offered to send up towels to cover floor. Waited for over an hour until laid down. Morning and still no towels. Didn’t change sheets because dark fluff in the bed all over it. Never again

The room and public areas were much better than the price we paid usually gives us. The bed was comfortable. The free shuttle was on time, fast and the driver helpful. I would definitely chose this hotel again.

There was mold on the bath mat. The shuttle never showed up for my complimentary ride to the airport. My reservation was for 4 people. We had towel service for three. The restaurant food was good.

Good value, location great and free shuttle to and from airport. It was a last minute booking due to flight changes and although hotel is a bit tired the staff were brilliant and hotel very clean. Special mention to the hotel staff and shuttle driver as I left my phone in the shuttle van when we arrived. They traced my phone and the driver happily returned it.

Some staff a little un-friendly,reception staff didn’t advise that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant that night because of a block booking,which I found quite in acceptable when we went to eat.

Had a long layover in Houston. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly however there wasn't anything around the hotel vicinity and the only place to buy food/drinks are in the hotel itself. Shuttle service from and to the airport was fast and efficient. Aside from that, it had all that was needed for a quick stay before catching the next flight.

飛機延誤深夜0：30以後到達機場，在攜程客服幫助下，搭上了酒店班車。很快安排入住。雖然有點舊，但是乾淨衞生安靜。

早上一早就有清潔人員打開房門 製冰機沒有冰塊 吹風機是壞掉的
