Lokasi bagus dan pemandangan indah. Dengan segala sesuatu seperti pisau microwave, garpu, sendok, piring, cangkir, panci, panci di dapur dan gantungan besi mesin cuci dan pengering. Lebih baik tawarkan layanan pembersihan kamar setiap hari. 8 menit berjalan kaki ke kota, 1 menit berjalan kaki ke Woolworths terdekat, 10 menit berjalan kaki melintasi jembatan di samping hotel ke perpustakaan Queensland, galeri seni, galeri, museum, tanda Brisbane, tepi selatan, dan sebagainya

Hotel called me one day prior the trip so I asked them if they have any higher floors left otherwise I’ll cancel and book elsewhere. The lady on the phone says they have plenty, when we arrived on the day they said it’s the last room. Floor 11 out of total 36 levels they have. High floor? Plenty? And then room is just next level outdated and dusty. The whole trip, we left the sign outside but no one came in for room service at all and next door left their dirty socks at the front since day one. We paid $600 a night for this motel level room, will not come back.

The AC in the apartment room is just so noisy (they put a BIG AC machine in the room, see my pic). If you have a bad sleeping quality, you better DO NOT book this hotel. But the good point is it is very close to main touristic attractions.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. We have chosen this hotel many times. Great location, good rooms, great gym. But this time there were a lot of disappointments. The dryer and washing machine were in poor condition and very dirty. The bed linen was also dirty.

Great facilities and comfortable bed. It is a nice location and has a river view. Reasonable price and high-quality service, so strongly recommended.

Stayed for business and then to go out on the town that night We had the 2 bedroom Business had desk right at window incredible city river view ! Mirror in bathroom had 3 types of lights you could use perfect for make up :) Bed room full length mirror Was more spacious then I thought it was going to be in lounge and veranda And view was beautiful Headed out in town location was awesome easy location Also was very easy drive to get there and easy to find Staff lovely even lent us a phone charger

Apartment is quite old. No housekeeping during our 4 nights stay. No vacuum cleaner for us to use. Apartment was very dusty after a few days. Parking cost 40 dollars a night. Location is good. 10 mins walk to CBD area.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The facilities were great and the location was ideal.

I have stayed here multiple times since 2015 but sadly this night was my last. The apartment we were given was very dated. Mould in bathroom. Dusty walls and bedside lamps in bedroom. Verandah was unclean. Disappointed.

Booked accidentally on Ctrip and did not show up for checking-in. Hotel refused to refund anything even the booking is for 5 nights. Ridiculous internal policy and fraud customers money. Super bad experience!

Convenient location in Brisbane city. Reception provided great service, was polite and welcoming. We had a warm welcome and a quick, easy and fuss-free check in process. Thank you Vania! (Hope I got her name right) Amazing view from the Sky Lounge located on the 36th floor. However the apartment was slightly dirty. We put up the sign to make up our room but it was not made at all, even when the housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to ours when we left. We left the hotel to go out in the morning and when we returned at night the "make up the room" sign was still on our door and the room was exactly as we left it when we went out. Room wasn't made, toiletries weren't replenished.
