Ulasan Sheraton Bailuhu Resort,Huizhou

A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Service is too bad, starting from reception desk, the staff don’t even answer and just in there work, we wait for our room almost 2 hours as the cleaning staff still not clean the room, at around 5pm we get our room. The breakfast is just normal and staff don’t care about your table have some spoon or salt and pepper.. overall I think the managment don’t train staff that they are working in Sheraton, it seems a normal 3 star Chinese hotel. Bad experience , will never want go again.

酒店的環境非常優美安靜，尤其是周圍的綠化宛如一大花園非常美麗，整個酒店很大很大不愧是喜來登，衞生很好服務也不錯，尤其是餐廳的小姐姐🧍♀️，有一説一這確實是一有點年代的酒店了，如果陽台放兩張椅子💺更理想。周圍的餐廳比較少，

第二次入住這家喜來登了，這次的體驗感差了點，住了兩晚，第二天一大早不到9點還在睡覺就來敲門問要不要打掃，吵人休息。後面讓阿姨下午再來打掃，晚上回來發現喝了酒的杯子沒洗，一次性拖鞋也沒有給新的，洗手枱用過的紙巾還在原處沒有扔，浴缸泡完澡也沒有洗乾淨，望重視。 其他方面還不錯，停車方便，周邊環境舒適安靜。

房間整齊乾淨，湖景房，可以看到外面的白鷺湖很漂亮。酒店的自助早餐也不錯，午餐的點心套餐好吃又不貴，酒店安靜舒適。酒店附近走走，可以看到沙灘、草坪，還有人休閑圍爐煮茶，很愜意。還有酒店附近樹木多，空氣好！贊贊贊贊！

設施：很完善，天氣涼了，户外泳池沒有開，很遺憾。 環境：毗鄰白鷺湖，景色宜人，特別是湖景房超讚。 服務：主動升級房型，所有人都是主動問好，晚上停車場還有服務人員巡邏。前台還推薦了竹園飯店吃窯雞，超好吃，超預期。

非常開心的秋季旅行，酒店的服務很貼心，前台女孩小鄭服務讓人覺得很温馨，幫忙升級了湖景房，站在陽台望着藍天和湖景特別放鬆。退房時遇到前台的Winnie服務也很專業，服務好。事實上整個酒店服務都很專業，遇到停車場的2個年輕小夥子也是非常熱情幫忙搬物品，總之我們非常喜歡喜來登的這個度假酒店，性價比非常高，安靜舒適。以後會常來度假的。

喜來登畢竟是品牌度假酒店，服務人員的態度都很不錯，辦理入住的前台漂亮姑娘耐心有禮，有問必答，態度很好。 這酒店雖然有些年頭了，但房間還是整潔乾淨的，這點還不錯；只是裏面免費的遊樂設施較少也相對陳舊，除了負一樓有抓娃娃、機動遊戲那片遊樂區相對人氣旺點，而酒店室外想打卡的靠近白鷺湖的無邊泳池也在維護中沒開放，可惜了，其他小童遊樂池區都是要付費的，禮堂等網上看到的打卡點也是沒人維護管理，這方面就稍差一點。 酒店外部環繞白鷺湖，風景不錯，散步走走還是挺舒服的，還有個人造的小沙灘，不大設施也不多，孩子玩一下沙還是可以的。 這次訂房是連住套餐，贈送了第二晚酒店中餐廳的粵式點心自助餐，餐單上可任選點心，足夠吃飽，點心的出品還挺好的，食材較新鮮，味道也不錯。 總體來説，對於這次休閑的家庭遊，性價比還是可以的，只是建議酒店應該把室內外較陳舊的設施適當翻新維保一下，好好利用起來，改造成更好的打卡景點，更有利於吸引客流。
