Ulasan Koi Resort & Spa Hoi An

We loved our stay. The territory and rooms design are very stylish. The shuttle bus wasn't operating, so we had to take taxi ourselfs.

6.3~6.5일까지 2박일정을 호이안에서 보냈네요! 일단 넓고 잘 정리된 자연속에 방갈로의 룸은 너무 좋있아요. 저희는 라군 방갈로이어서 베란다로 나가면 라군이 보이는 뷰였어요. 조용하고 깨끗하고 벌레는 하나도 없었고 저녁에 도마배 두마리에 딸이 너무 좋아했어요. (방으론 들어오지 않았어요!!) 조식은 적당히 있었고 종류는 많지는 않았지만, 사실 딸이 늦잠자서 제가 몇몇가지를 룸으로 챙겨가도 되겠냐하니 접시에 잘 담아서 랩핑을 해주었습니다. 사실 서비스나 친절도는 최고였습니다. 호이안에서는 차로10뷴거리지만 셔틀이 있어서 다니는데 불편함이 없었고, 제가 충전케이블이 고장이나서 밤새 충전이 하나도 안되서 급하게 사야했는데 셔틀이 중간에 구매할수 있게 도와줘서 저의 급한 상황을 도와주었습니다. 해변도 가까워서 프라이빗한 비치를 즐겼고, 라군에서 카약도 즐길수 있었지만,딸이 늦잠을 즐기느라 아침부터 바쁘게 못 움직여서 이용을 못해본게 아쉽습니다. 다음에도 여기 찾을거 같구요!!이미 지인들에게 여기 추천하고 있습니다!! 사람들 많이 마주치지않고 조용하게 또 나의 저택같은 느낌을 즐기실려면 추천해요👍전 가성비 최고로 조용히 편하게 쉬고 왔어요!!

Уютный отель, прекрасная территория. Очень тихо и спокойно. Основной недостаток - пляж, если вы хотите проводить время у моря, то вам не сюда. Если достаточно бассейна - отличный выбор. До исторического центра - минут 15 на авто.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur nächsten Restaurantstraße. Ausserdem gibt es einen Shuttle-Service zum 5km entfernten Hoi An Ancient Town. Das Hotel hat 2 Poolanlagen. Der große Pool ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Der kleine Pool hinter dem Spa-Bereich ist nur für Erwachsene und damit perfekt zum Entspannen. Beide Pools haben eine Bar, diese war aufgrund der wenigen Gäste jedoch nicht besetzt. Man kann jedoch immer bei einem der Angegestellten nach Speisen und Getränken fragen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flussufer mit schönem Ausblick. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Auch kurzfristig konnten wir einen Tag früher anreisen und direkt unser Zimmer beziehen (zu völlig akzeptablem Preis). Auch Tagesausflüge, Flughafentransfer und Taxi-Services wurden für uns immer gern organisiert. Zum Frühstück gibt es immer frisches Obst und eine kleine aber guter Auswahl an Brot und Backwaren, Aufschnitten, Eierspeisen, Nudelsuppen und warmen Speisen. Das Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer (Bugalow mit Lagunenblick) war gut gepflegt und voll ausgestattet mit Dusche und freistehender Wanne. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Strand (auf der anderen Straßenseite) ist nicht sonderlich schön. Durch Überspülung sind Teile bereits verschwunden und es wird versucht, den Strand mit großen Sandballons zu schützen. Das sieht leider nicht sonderlich schön aus. Wir haben die meiste Zeit (wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren) am Spa-Pool verbracht. Insgesamt eine tolle und entspannte Zeit, wir kommen gern wieder!

한국 블로그에 좋다는 리뷰 및 예쁜 사진리뷰만 보고 1박하고 왔는데요. 사진 및 좋다는 후기 절대로 그냥보고 가지 마세요.. 옆에 빈펄에 있다가 마지막 1박 묶고 왔는데 최악의 하루 였구요. 베드버그 있습니다~~ 그냥 넘어갈까 하다가 저희와 비슷한 경험하신 분들이 생각보다 많은것을 보고 후기 남깁니다. 장점이 몇개 없어 장점부터 빠르게 기재할께요. (그외 단점) 장점 1. 야간 수영장 이용 가능 (시간제한이 거의 없음) 2. 안내데스크의 남직원 친절함 단점 1. 룸 관리가 제대로 안되고 상당히 더럽습니다. 최초 1층 룸 예약했으나 에어컨의 역한냄새, 하수구냄새가 올라와 교체 또는 환불요청, 물론 내부에 바퀴벌레 사체 및 침구류 컨디션도 좋지 않았으며, 내부 구조 또한 상당히 별로였음 친절하게 즉시 2층 리버뷰로 교체해주었고, 2층은 냄새도 나지않고 전망은 괜찮았으나 테라스 및 욕실에 벌레들이 군데군데 보이고 청소컨디션도 좋지 않음. 특히 침구류에 베드버그 흔적 발견 2. 자고 일어나니 '베드버그에 군데 군데 물림' ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3. 조식 먹을 것이 별로 없음. 맛은 보통 (맛있진 않음) 4. 호텔에 물이 없음 (밤에 데스크에 물 신청하니 없다고 함) 5. 가뜩이나 작은 수영장에 잉어 조형이 있어서 더 작으며, 풀바는 운영하지 않아서 파리가 날림. 6. 수영장 선베드 매트도 관리가 안되어 드러움. 7. 위치는 먼 것 다들 아실테니 따로 언급안할께요.. 빈펄에 5박하다가 1박만 해보았는데 몇만원 차이가 이렇게나 큰 것인가 다시 한 번 생각해보게 되었구요. 그리고 블로그 사진과 달리 실제로 보니 리조트가 상당히 촌스러웠습니다. 그도 그럴 것이 너무 낡았어요.(밤에야 어둡고 조명이 있으니 그럭저럭 볼만하지만 낮에는 영) 그리고 더럽습니다. 저만 이상하게 생각하는 건가 싶었는데 찾아보니 한국인이나 외국인 할 것없이 저희와 비슷한 경험후에 리뷰 남겨주신 분들이 많더군요. 만약 여기가 처음 리조트였다면 뒤에 리조트가 더욱 좋았을텐데 마지막이였던 것이 아쉽네요..

環境非常好，風景如畫，服務態度非常好，乾淨！

It’s a nice resort style hotel, had a great experience with the attendant named Tina, helped us out. breakfast was good and so was the restaurant but expensive Rooms are nice, comfy beds and nice big bath. Pool is great! Nice spot for all sorts, couples/familys etc Biggest downside is that the hotel is quite a ways away from Hoi An old town. They have a shuttle but not great hours and stops at 5:30pm. Something to consider

We had an amazing stay over Christmas 2023. The rooms are gorgeous. Beds comfortable. The best buffet breakfast I have ever had and Hot hot water, just very comfortable and excellent relaxing place to spend a week. However this is only the tip of the iceberg the best thing about this place is the staff. They made a gorgeous Christmas tree for us and the kids. Made birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Played and had fun with the kids. The bpeiple really make a trip to Vietnam and I cannot thank the Koi enough for showing my children why I love Vietnam so much. One nof the highlights was a cooking class with Marco, Chef extraordinaire from the Chopstix resteraunt. He was impatient with the kids and we made the most amazing dishes. We also learnt a lot about the history of food in Vietnam. I highly recommend Marco and his cooking class.

Being my third trip to Hoi An, I had always wanted to stay at KOI Resort & Spa. I was always impressed with it's beautiful arched timber bridge entrance over the river. I must say that I wasn't disappointed. My experience at KOI from start to finish of my 8 night stay was nothing short of excellent. The location, the staff, the food, the Day Spa and my room were all perfect. There was nothing that I could fault at this Hoi An beach and riverfront resort, except the Pool Bar was not open at the time I was there. This was their low season and it was extremely quiet at the resort. I spent my first night in a garden view bungalow and experienced some noise very early in the morning from an outside property located behind my room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, it was brought to the attention of the manager, and I was immediately shifted to another room. I was even upgraded to a beautiful lagoon view room. So this made my stay even more luxurious. I would definitely recommend the KOI to any visitors to Hoi An and I hope to return here again one day.

Koi Resort & Spa Hotel was perfect for our stay in Vietnam so much so that we returned a few days later after our initial stay to complete the remainder of our holiday in Vietnam – The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained & gorgeous to the eye - We stayed in a Lagoon view room overlooking the water, the rooms & buildings were exactly as we anticipated very luxurious and in keeping with Vietnamese traditional design which is why we chose this hotel. Breakfast & Restaurant food was superb. Staff were also very impressive from Check-in / Restaurant / Cleaning / Pool & Security - they make this resort an ideal place to stay unlike other impersonal multi storey soulless chain hotels. Although the hotel was full for a conference during our stay, it still maintained a serene peaceful atmosphere and never felt busy or overcrowded. I would also like to commend My - Guest Relations for making our stay absolutely perfect and one of our best hotel experiences, she was attentive, professional and happy to try and ensure all our needs were met. Always had time to chat and smile - Total 5* all the way

We had 6 nights at the Koi Resort, our 3rd time there. The facilities and staff were excellent. We could not fault it, and did not want to go home. It was my wife's birthday while we were there and the staff arranged a lovely birthday cake, a display on our bed with flower petals and a thoughtful message in a birthday card. We would like to return again one day.

Property was too good and management was impressive staff was so sweet and helpful view was amazing loveddd itttt a Lott thank you so much for making this stay more memorable cleaning on time every thing was perfect
