Ulasan Martha Hotel (Xiaojing Bay)

Apartemen yang sangat bagus dan bersih. Dekat pantai.

I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel. The cleaning lady didn’t come everyday to change towels or throw away trash. When I came in, I saw a dusty floor, especially under a bed, tables and other furniture. On my first day of the trip I found a water leak in the bathroom. They sad “nothing”. The floor got wet and nobody came to mop before the next morning. I insisted to call someone to fix it. I always had to require for a cleaning lady. It’s quite dirty and uncomfortable hotel. I won’t stay here anymore.

the booking was a flopp - it was not possible to find the hotel - tel. No. was blocked - later we got the info that the hotel name changed, but we booked another short time before. The Hotel Name should be changed to "Wanshe" The manager also don't return our money!!!

辦理入住的時候剛開始有點不愉快，因為中午到了電話幾十個也沒有人接聽。所以提醒大家一定提前聯繫老闆確定房間，避免像我發燒中午還在門口等。不過老闆還是比較耐心，給了比較温馨的房間。離海邊很靜。晚上附近美食也多。離海邊近。重要中秋價格不貴，所以少了一點前台服務😂😂整體可以

提前聯繫了，説了至少是床單要換的，可是去了，很臟，床上都是沙子，由於是帶孩子看海，睡個午覺，結果是合衣而睡

環境不錯，老闆熱情服務特別好!下次去玩還來這家住，點贊!

洗完澡發現連一次性洗涮用具都沒有還有免費礦泉水也沒有，現在酒店公寓免費礦泉水都有供應。

定了兩間房，一間雙床，一間套房，結果安排到了小區東頭跟西頭，要求捱得近一些，老闆説衹能補差價住兩間套房。好吧，補了，海景房還不如園景，縫裡看海，訂房間的時候寫的一張1.8的床，一張1.5的床，可以住4個人，結果房間是一張1.2的床，一張1.5的床，怎麼睡四個人？？？另外一套就是兩張1.5的床。被套不乾淨，床頭的部分很明顯比其他部分黃，床墊很臟，頂上衹鋪了一個床單。房間設施很一般，廚房油煙機臟的不行根本不想用。電視看不了，沙發很小很窄。而且，宣傳圖片上有泳池，也寫了有泳池，但是小區泳池根本沒有水！！

#衞生整體還是很美好，很近小徑灣。喜歡游泳就去十里銀灘，每次坐姥爺車30元，非常近。住的環境很安全也舒服。不過提醒一定提前聯繫老闆，避免到了等太久

這家公寓地理位置非常便利海邊有五分鐘步行 海邊有好多好吃好喝的地方 特別方便

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais la propreté laisse à désirer le toilette n'était pas propre et le matelas tout dur.

**D忍不住爆粗口，訂的是海景房，通知我住的是花園房，想退又退不了，又帶着小孩，真的是無語到極點

小區環境很好 房間也很乾凈很滿意 離海邊也近 老闆服務態度很好 吃飯就在樓下很方便 下次還會選擇他家

想打電話問老闆位置的 結果被他告知説叫我退單 然後我退了 結果不讓退錢 客服介入都沒用 白白損失170 當天我都沒有入住
