Ulasan Grand Barony Hotel

There was a drone on the hotel site that hovered around my room for roughly around 16 mins. This same drone was following me and my girlfriend possibly for 5 mins after we left the pool area. I signaled to the flyer or operate to please get the drone way from my room due to privacy reasons I wanted to enjoyed the full amenities of the room including the balcony Regardless, I am in no knowledge of who is flying the drone and if possible spying and recording is going on. Not only about my privacy but also the privacy of others. Perhaps others may think nothing of it of won't mind but me along with girlfriend did find this highly uncomfortable I have video recording of it as well I preferred not to write this on the review and speak to an agent directly to express my concern and dissatisfaction. This was the response from a customer service agent . “对于这个事情真的感到很抱歉，但是昨天您未及时反映，我们并不知道此事并不能及时为您处理，无人机并不是酒店的，应该是其他人” . I further responded …”I've never experienced this situation, so l gave it some thought. I handled the situation the best way I could by closing off my balcony. Limiting the full use of the room I paid for .What are the rules and regulations in regards to what the hotel allows guest to use gadgets as such What policy is in place ?” The agent then responded saying . “我们酒店是禁止客人使用无人飞机的。如有发现我们会及时禁止客人并查看客人拍摄的视频内容，已保证住店客人的隐私” I responded and said “I'm the guest making the complaint Being that it was flying for over 10 minutes in close proximity near my room You had no feedback yesterday because I was researching if this was allowed or not. I closed off my balcony Being a guest I've never dealt with this privacy invasion. This was my first stay at the hotel. I believe I took the actions to properly protect myself and privacy in an according time frame until I was able to confirm what is allowed by the hotel or not. This is for sure my last knowing that there is a policy that the hotel has set about DRONE being used on property and not doing its JOB by enforcing to to ensure the PRIVACY AND SAFETY of its Guests/Customers/Stakeholders.

The hotel location was excellent just beside the sea, we enjoy the stay .

The hotel itself has a nice location on the beachside, and the pools are generally well maintained. The hotel and surrounding area are looking very tired however, with much of it needing maintenance or just not being used at all. The lifts are also in need of an update. Despite this, it's generally an okay hotel, the rooms are fine and have good views.

This the best hotel I've been into. The service is great and its location is perfect, it's by the beach.

The view of the ocean was great and daughter was content with the swimming pool and enjoyed the outdoor playground. Looks good from far, but far from good. The pools and surrounding areas are falling apart and leave one feeling disappointed. The hotel has potential but there is no care put into the management of anything. Lifeguards smoke and hang out in small groups and are not friendly. The front desk was nice, but didn’t ask why we were canceling our last nights. They just don’t care.

We loved the stay in Grand Barony Hotel ✨ First, the location is just perfect: sea view rooms, swimming pools and beach with some many facilities right under your nose. Second, the hotel crew were so friendly and helpful that we can’t express our gratitude. Specifically Jay_Lai was the most attentive to our comfortable stay. Thank you so much ☺️

Very nice outstanding service fantastic food

Not bad, lived on the 19th floor, the balcony can see the sea, the fog was too big on the first day, it started to rain heavily at night, the clothes were blown up, fortunately we went to the swimming pool and beach in the afternoon, and went to the hot springs in the evening. The hot spring area is like the pool of the club, there are only four pools, and there are several small rooms for dry and wet steam and stone slab/salt steam, which can only accommodate 4/5 people. The free travel photography was not used, it took a long time to reply to add, and it was too late to make an appointment

I went to Huizhou for a weekend trip. The room was comfortable and clean. When I opened the curtains, I could see the vast sea, blue sky and blue sky. It was very comfortable. The housekeeper Mei Yan provided thoughtful and considerate service. The facilities were also complete. I had a very happy stay. The environment was good and it was close to the beach. The experience was great and I had a pleasant holiday.

We went to Shuangyue Bay for a visit on Saturday. The hotel was very lively and the check-in was fast. When we returned to the room, the balcony faced the sea directly, with a beautiful sea view. The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeper Mei Yan provided great service, was very friendly, and took the initiative to share the check-in attractions. Overall, we were satisfied.

Stayed in the re-examination suite. The hotel is by the sea. The sea view of the room is beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The housekeeper Mei Yan is enthusiastic and polite. It is the first time to come and I don’t know where to have fun nearby. The housekeeper will share the check-in spots for us to refer to. You can go to the observation deck or Turtle Bay, which are all check-in spots.

When checking in at the hotel on weekends, you will ask the housekeeper to add WeChat when you go to the front desk to check in. The housekeeper who received us this time was Meiyan. She provided good service and was very enthusiastic. She patiently introduced the hotel facilities. Parking is convenient. The swimming pool and beach are downstairs and are within walking distance.

This stay at the Junting Hotel was good. The housekeeper Jiali was very enthusiastic and sent me introductions to nearby attractions. The room was clean and the facilities were complete. There were hot springs, swimming pools, gyms, etc. The experience was good.
