Ulasan Panorama Hotel Deira

This was the cheapest place that I could find in Dubai, so duly note that as context. With that in mind I have to say this is the best value real hotel I could find. They did not make up my room is tha only bad thing I can say about the place.

Хорошее расположение, рядом метро, много кафешек, ТЦ AI Ghurair. В номерах убирались, сервис в целом приятный. Завтраки скромные, но выбрать, что то можно. Из недостатков, старая мебель и сантехника. Я доволен своим пребыванием в этом отеле, свою задачу выполнил.

Все понравилось, особенно расположения и отношение персонала

The hotel location is very good and it is two minutes walking distance from Union Metro and bus station. But there is lot of noise due to disturbance by three night clubs in panorama hotel: and it work upto 3 am and create problems to rooms stay customers like us.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this pannaroma hotel. Upon arrival, i was informed that i needed to pay aed 50 for the hotel tourist and tax charges, which was expected. However, an additional aed 40 in hidden charges was imposed, which was never disclosed during the booking process. When i questioned this, the reception staff rudely responded. The service was equally unsatisfactory. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, refusing to provide even a basic water bottle in the room. Additionally, my stay was severely disrupted due to loud noise from the nightclub within the hotel, making it nearly impossible to sleep at night. Overall, this experience was not worth the money i paid. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unbearable noise levels made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

Food i didn’t order because it’s too much expensive location is good because near by we have metro facilities is average there is no slippers in washroom

The worst hotel i experienced in dubai, but maybe its worth booking for there price, i guess hotels will not be like this. Especially in there ac unit, we understand that it will be centralized but it doesn’t mean to turn it off anytime, we did not get enough sleep because they are putting it off everytime.

While checkin the property will ask you more money which was not mentioned in your voucher from MMT, they collected 250 aed extra from me, this not only happened to me, please check the the other reviews you can find the same experience for all, and no proper response from MMT customer service team also in this issue, So please stay away from booking this property and go for better property which is available for the same price

I paid extra 150 dirhams room also not clean i have been in uae since 2020 first time i face such a bad experience
