Ulasan Hue Serene Palace Hotel

Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Hue Serene Palace, dan sayangnya, hotel ini tidak memenuhi harapan saya. Hotel ini sudah tua, dan meskipun relatif bersih, hotel ini terasa agak ketinggalan zaman. Dekorasi dan fasilitasnya jelas-jelas sudah tua, dan tidak semodern atau sesegar yang ditunjukkan foto-foto daring. Kamar-kamarnya rapi, tetapi suasana keseluruhannya tidak seperti yang saya harapkan berdasarkan foto-foto. Jika Anda mencari sesuatu yang baru dan ber***a, mungkin ini bukan tempat yang tepat untuk Anda. Kekurangan lainnya adalah sarapannya terbatas. Pilihannya cukup mendasar dan kurang variatif, yang mengecewakan jika Anda mengharapkan makanan yang lebih mengenyangkan untuk mengawali hari. Di sisi positifnya, lokasinya strategis dan stafnya ramah serta berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk membantu. Namun, hotel ini perlu banyak penyegaran agar sesuai dengan foto-foto daring dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi para tamu.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No complain as everything seemed to be okay. Attractions, food and bars

Một trải nghiệm trên cả tuyệt vời ạ. Phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, vị trí gần trung tâm. Các Anh/Chị nhân viên thì dễ thương, chu đáo, nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ tận tâm mọi vấn đề luôn ạ. Các dịch vụ đi kèm cũng đều rất tốt nữa ạ. Cảm ơn Huế Serene Palace Hotel đã cho mình một kỳ nghỉ với một trải nghiệm 100/10 tuyệt vời đến vậy ạ, chắc chắn lần sau đến Huế mình sẽ lại đến nơi này ❤️🥰

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Central location - easy to visit sights, also eating/drinking. Everything we needed in terms of amenities in hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Hue. Comfy rooms, aircon, great breakfast. Helpful staff at front desk.

It was a pleasant stay at this peaceful property. I want to mention about Sarah she is so humble and lovely lady she gave us a card and writing her name for hearing at Nook, Eatery and as they saw her name they gave one dish as free dish for our dinner. It was so nice of her. Incase I am planning to come to Hue Serene palace shall be my 1st choice.

The hotel is in a very good location and very clean with really good breakfast. The room was big and clean as well! A special thanks goes to Sarah, not only was she very kind there, but she helped us and followed us during the next part of our trip by booking buses for us! A fantastic person!! The visit is worth just for her!!

The hotel was really great. I didn't hear street sounds in the room and the room itself was very good. There was a bath and clean sheets. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A big thank you to the staff for the very friendly and helpful service.

Excellent hôtel location . Very confortable. Extra breakfast. Welcome by very compétent and pleasant staff. Amy showed geat kidness and availability to give us all the informations necessery for our trempé and excursions. We highly recommend this hôtel.

What a gem of a hotel. Location perfect for everything but in a quiet spot. The room was large, very clean and well appointed. Bed was vast and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. What made this hotel stand out were the staff. Extremely friendly, professional and made you feel special. Would definitely return

We arrived very early to the hotel after train from Hanoi. The welcome given was lovely, staff so helpful and pleasant - we received two rooms early to shower and leave bags. This hotel is very clean, lovely Decor, excellent location. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Best we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.

Great and clean hotel in walking distance from everything you need. The crew was very friendly and helpful, and we loved staying here. We stayed in a family room, which had plenty of space for all our luggage. We would avsolutely recommend this hotel.
