Ulasan Cherish Hue Hotel

It was nice here. No complaints from me. It was close to the expat/backpacker part of town so decent if you wanna enjoy nightlight but don’t want to stay in a hostel. Reasonably priced & helpful with storing my motorbike.

Very good hotel. Its not the newest one but still good. Value for the price was great.

Good location The staff is too kind 9F room is in good condition The water pressure is too weak.

The staff was friendly, and it was walking distance to various attractions. The room is not sound proof as I could hear people talking in the next room. And they were not talking at the top of their voice.

Location is very comfortable to stay .. however , Wifi was very poor ,, it was repeated connect and disconnected ..

From checking in to getting great advice on what to do and where to go for dinner the reception staff were terrific. Serena, Sona and Leaha and Kai were always helpful. The room was first grade, the breakfast was superior and the location was convenient. I would recommend the Cherish Hotel.

Among the many wonderful things about this hotel, the most outstanding is the staff. They are friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, communicate well, and are remarkably sincere and effective assisting guests in whatever they need. They are eager to please. Most speak excellent English so we had actual conversations with those very likeable people. Special thanks to Marry and Lisa in the breakfast dining area. They looked after us and helped us in many ways. The breakfast array is extensive and tasty. We were delighted that Marry and Lisa also work in the hotel restaurant on a different floor. Both eating areas are high in the building so views are excellent. The restaurant has an extensive menu, good food, and acceptable prices. We enjoyed eating there. Thanks to Serena and others at the front desk who helped us submit and receive our laundry, arrange transportation, and helped us in many other ways. They are always smiling and ready to assist. The massages are top notch. We are grateful to Maya and Amy for looking after us by guiding our choice of treatment then providing relaxing therapeutic massages. During our six days at Cherish we tried everything on their menu and always were pleased with the high quality. We booked Maya first thing after they opened in the morning to start the day right, and Amy in the evening just before bedtime so we would sleep soundly all night. Both are expert massage providers and also very nice people who speak English well. The prices are reasonable for the quality we received. The hotel rooms are all standard size, no suites, but they are clean, comfortable, and quiet. This was my third visit to Cherish. I look forward to my next visit at Cherish because I feel quite at home, like I belong there, due to the welcoming staff.

The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned. We went onto the balcony and there was a half full pot noodle left by the previous occupants. The mirror had handprints all over it, the bedding had a rip in it and overall it looked very tired. The swimming pool was also closed for work which we were not notified beforehand otherwise we would have gone elsewhere so we couldn’t have a refreshing dip on arrival and the gym was having work done too. Overall not a good impression.

A very nice hotel 300 metres away from all the bars and restaurants, close but away from the noise and music. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable and everything worked. (It doesn't always work in some Viet hotels!!). Breakfast was served on the top floor with panoramic views of Hue and had something for everyone with a huge choice. This is my 4th visit to the city and its easy to get a taxi to the Imperial City and walk back across the bridge, it is really easy to get around and not quite as manic as other Cities in Vietnam. W only stayed 1 night but could easily stay here for a few days.

You have to admire the optimism of the hotel name! Sadly the reality doesn't live up to the billing, but it's nonetheless a perfectly satisfactory city centre hotel if you are on an organised trip as we were. The decor of my room was rather dated, with dark stained wood. But as a corner room, there were nice panoramic views in two directions and it was comfortable enough. The bathroom had a bizarre shower that threw torrents of water horizontally - it's easy to accidentally cause a flood! The breakfast room was massive, taking up the whole of the top floor, and provided a pretty extensive buffet. Serving staff were very friendly when it's not so busy. A hotel of this size, with breakfast at the opposite end of the building from the lobby, needs more than the two small lifts that serve all the floors (there is a third lift hidden away that directly connects the restaurant to the ground floor).

Very incredible breakfast, friendly people.Good position. We hope we come back The hotel is near the center of the city. There are many restaurant and coffee near the hotel. Vietnam is an incredible experience, and Hue is a beautiful city full of history

Cherish Hotel had a friendly and helpful staff, making our stay in Hue so successful. For a small hotel, it had outstanding services, such as a travel desk, spa, big buffet breakfast, quiet room, and a great location in Hue, close to the heart of the city.

Good location to get around from and the hotel looks and feels quite smart, but it did have some really odd points. Bedrooms were large with a huge bed… but only 1 duvet when is really short.. so ask for a second if you are sharing the bed! The shower doesn’t have a bracket on the wall so you will need to hold it to use it! Breakfast was OK with an egg/ soup station and good selection of breads & fruit. Food under the dome was mainly cold and the coffee one day was OK second was so bitter. Mainly full of groups so reception can be busy. It does have a plunge pool and only 2 loungers and 4 chairs… so nowhere to sit down! Overall a fairly average hotel which was OK
