Vị trí tốt, phòng thiết kế kiểu cũ kỹ nhưng rộng, sạch sẽ. Tác phong nhân viên bình thường. Hồ bơi quá bẩn không bơi được. TV cũ không phải Smart tivi không xem được YouTube. Điểm mạnh là bữa ăn sáng ngon, nhiều món.

호텔 위치가 여행자거리에 위치하고 있어 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 역시 깔끔하게 유지되며 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 다음기회에 훼 놀러온다면 다시 방문하겠습니다.

후예오면 늘 묵었던 호텔입니다. 위치도 좋고 크진 않지만 가성비 대비 좋은호텔입니다. 좋와하는 음식점도 앞에 있고 호텔 앞쪽에 여해자거리도 있고 가성비 갑입니다

The staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough to make your visit a pleasurable one. They put a note under the door to make sure we were ok when we had the do not disturb sign out for whole day. We were both sick with heavy colds. Then they organised a dinner cruise and pick up on our behalf for our last night and mentioned to the tour operator it was our 50th wedding anniversary. When we got on the boat there was a lovely sign on our table. As we were staying for 6 nights we were given a free drink frim the restaurant ir pool bar. Also some free laundry service

This hotel was okay, I wouldn’t classify it as a 4 star hotel. The staff were lovely, however there was no gym or spa as they said it was closed (in peak season) for maintenance! They did recommend another spa place down the road we could get a massage from. Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. It was a handy location to all sorts of restaurants and cafes.

We were here for a night , with a tour group of 20. The room condition is good, the breakfast buffet food selection is great. We enjoyed ourselves very much despite a brief stay here. The receptionist Tram is very friendly. Overall it’s a great experience.

The room was nice and cozy. I liked the big bed I had and the nice view from the 9th floor. The pillows were fluffy and comfortable. There were many choices to choose from at the buffet and the food was great. I loved the ice tea. The experience here was great.

Very good and tidy rooms. Well maintained. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast top notch. All staff very friendly.Excellent bar service , with well made coffee and cocktails. Prices also very reasonable. Food was varied and well presented

Well located, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service. Varied and tasty breakfast buffet including typical Western and Vietnamese choices, and staff always willing to help. We arrived early via the train and appreciated the early check in - thank you Romance team.

Convenient location, near the walking street and delicious restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable, the balcony of the Suite room is the best. But above all, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. In addition, every breakfast, we also received 2 free drinks from the a la carte menu. 2 vouchers for drinks at the restaurant or bar + Free laundry 5 items every day during the stay. It's great, thank you Romance Hotel team. Unfortunately, because it was cold and rainy during our stay, we couldn't experience the swimming pool.

This is my third time visiting Romance Hotel. Each visit has been enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and ready for me when I arrive. The staff is great! They are ready to help in any way they are able. I highly recommend this hotel. I will stay here any time I travel to Hue.

Romance hotel - Hue: We stayed here for two nights in March 2025. Conveniently located in the heart of the Hue city, this Hotel was very clean; the staff very friendly and always smiling and the breakfast spread was generous! They made vegetarian fried noodles for us, on both the mornings of our stay, on our request. There were several attractions and eateries —-Indian, Italian etc nearby, and even small & big shops for buying souvenirs. A very good hotel and a very friendly staff, particularly Ms. Diem was very kind and sweet. The restaurant staff was also nice and caring.

The hotel is clean and in a good location, but is EXTREMELY loud. The rooms don’t have carpet so there is nothing to muffle sounds. Well past midnight we heard slamming cabinets and furniture screeching across the ground. This started up again before 6am. The “window” in the room just looks out into the hallway into this corridor spanning all the floors which doesn’t help with noise. Everything just echoes through there. If you are actually trying to get some sleep, this is not the place. The beds are old/lumpy/uncomfortable. They give you 3 tiny bottles of water.

It is our regret to know that you are not satisfied with your stay at our hotel because of the noise, so please let us to give our explanation per followings: First of all, we would like to reconfirm that we do not have any cleaning or clearing activities during that time which may affect guests’ sleeping time, so after receiving your feedback, we already double check with our team and find out in this morning, there are two groups in the same floor with your room must prepare to check-out early before 6am due to guests’ early flight, then this is maybe the reason for the noise this morning, we are so sorry about this. In regards the comment about bottles of water, as per hotel’s policy, we will set up 02 complimentary bottles of mineral water in the room for 02 guests per day, in this case, it is our Housekeeping’s mistake to set up 03 bottles (instead of 02 bottles). By the way, it is our pleasure to inform that beside free bottles of water set up in the room, we do have the free water station located right in the lobby for guests to refill their water to drink and to avoid using plastic to help in protecting our environment. Actually, these are unexpected issues, and it makes you unhappy when staying with us, then make us unhappy too, so we are really sorry for that and do hope for your understanding. Thank you again for your feedback, we already take it into consideration to enhance our facilities and improve our guests' comfort.
