Great location, near lots of great cafes and restaurants, clean nice hotel , staff very kind and helpful speak English well booked our train tickets which we were very grateful for . We would highly recommend this hotel

This little hotel, is down a back alley in the walking district/touristy area of Hue City. The hotel staff is fantastic, have great English, and desire to help out and provide you a map of the city upon arrival. Rooms were adequate, stocked with water and a mini bar. We would stay here again in the future!

This is a very nice place to stay, I was very impressed. Having stayed here, the receptionist here said that it was very good. Very welcoming Use language very well Smiling, friendly, giving advice and very good service. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Clean, the rooms are very clean with many amenities. And I think I'll come back and stay here again.

Fantastic stay. Such friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and great recommendations for the city tour. We also booked the bus ride with 4 stops to Hội An and the boat ride to the temple. Definitely worth looking into it. Breakfast was also delicious. Would come back again

This small hotel is not bad to stay a night. But AC didnt work well and Freezer was out of order. Employees were kind and helpful. Hotel manager should check more closely the appliances here.

Really lovely place. It’s on a street that has tons of great restaurants and massage places. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Quick walk to the river and night market. Would definitely stay here if I go to Hue again.

Great little hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were nice and you could have more than one serving which was helpful. Perfect for a short stay in Hue

It was a satisfactory accommodation. The location is not bad, and the staff are kind. They helped me with my travel and transportation to the airport, and they also helped me when my phone's charging cable broke down.

The hotel service is 100% X 3000! They are friendly, attentive, detailed minded; also provides fruitful recommendations on surrounding restaurants, bars & tours. Thank you for the effort! The amenities is good. However, my room’s water heater isn’t in good shape; hot water only lasts for 3-5 mins before it runs out. You have to race against time for a cozy hot bath. It’s located at an alley & there’s motorcyclists at night pondering around asking tourists for ladies & *****. May not be suitable for families. Likewise, its centrally located at the tourists spots & night life.

Efficient check-in and check-out. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location near lively bars and food places which we enjoyed. Recommended!

Good and very supportive

酒店位置在小巷內上，距離酒吧街5分鐘路程。酒店是2星級可是有3星的格局。房間裝修新淨整潔，佈置合適舒服設備齊全，wifi訊號穩定，空調沒噪音而且操作正常。可是房間面積稍為小了一點，燈光也不太足夠，抽氣扇很吵。浴室面積恰可，水力水溫都可以，毛巾雪白。酒店員工全都是年青女生，笑容滿面，態度友善，能主動幫忙解決問題。

酒店很整潔，入口在巷內，衹需兩至三分鐘步行便到打咭餐廳/咖啡店。 酒店管理不錯，自助早餐環境安靜。 Hotel is nice, entrance at a lane and just few minutes walk to famous restaurants/coffee shops. Good hotel management, buffet breakfast with comfortable environment.
