Very nice ang hotel. Sa lahat ng hotel na napagstayan ko eto ang pinakamaganda. The breakfast buffet in morning is so nice and masasarap ang food talaga. Mababait din ang mga staff. Recommended ko to sa lahat ng pupunta sa hualien specially sa Farglory Ocean Park. May bus din malapit papunta sa farglory. At may night market walking distance lahat. Very recommended ang hotel lalo na sa tourist at mga working dito sa taiwan. Taxi nalang kayo pa hotel. Thank you

Location was nice room was clean desk staff was humble but the room is so small. And it’s noisy. It was annoying to be there even in the midnight, I could hear a lot of sound out of the room and it felt like someone is hitting the walls and flushing continuously for whole night. It was disturbing otherwise location and hotel is okay.

Everything was fine, a place so quiet and welcoming. I enjoyed the scintillating scenery of the city through the smooth and shiny glasses. The services were all on point , and the facilities were all great. I enjoyed the breakfast; it was super healthy and delicious. I long to visit again; I call this place home

Wevtrvl in a group. Room was superb. Breakfast, location mattress is good. Friendly staff. They hv freeflow drinks ( coffee, tea n water) at lobby which is another plus

Tuna Family Restaurant Clean, comfortable, and convenient (no carpet on the floor, which added to my comfort). The cute manta ray (sunfish), the hotel name, room number plate and cups are all so cute. Comes with two buffet breakfasts (original breakfast price 200/person) The check-in counter is open 24 hours, so you don't have to worry about arriving in the middle of the night. The downside is that it's a bit far from the train station, but the room is big and clean, and comes with breakfast. The CP value is very good, and I would like to stay here again.

Maybe because the hotel was renovating the first floor of the basement, the buffet breakfast was changed to a fixed breakfast delivered by staff at a limited time. There was no way to choose the food you liked, and the key point was that you still couldn’t eat enough! I feel that choosing a room with breakfast included in this booking is not worthwhile!

The hotel is in a great location and the interior is clean and bright. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Dongdaemun Night Market. There are also many famous restaurants nearby. The counter staff are very friendly. You must get a parking card (with a quota) in advance, otherwise you will need to pay a parking fee of 200 yuan (the hotel subsidizes 100 yuan). The pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep on, the kind that sink in. If they could spend some money to get a pressurized shower head in the bathroom, it would be perfect.

This time I went back to my hometown with my family to visit the graves during the Qingming Festival. I booked a 4-person room. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillow was not high enough, which made me sleep poorly at night. Next time I go to Hualien, I will consider staying there if I have the chance.

The air conditioning in the room is really cold, and it doesn't seem to have much effect after adjusting it! It happened to rain in Hualien that day☔️, so I needed to add a quilt. There was space to open the suitcase, which was great. The room smelled very comfortable and the environment was clean and tidy.
