Ulasan Carlton Hotel

Booked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.

The hotel was great and room is clean, large and comfortable. However, there is no parking at the hotel. The hotel provided complimentary parking at an open-air public car park about 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Carlton is located centrally in Hsinchu, walking distance to many night markets and the Taiwan rail. The rooms are old but well-maintained and clean. The bed is soft, so for those needing a firm mattress, this may not fit you.

Excellent Hotel with courteous helpful staff. Very good location with access to restaurants, shopping and transport. Breakfast menu was good but needs more vegetarian options. Room was large and clean with all required amenities including laundry. Very limited number of plug point in room and this needs to be increased. Stayed for one week and it was an excellent stay. A big thumbs up to the hotel staff who were very responsive and helpful.

雖然是老飯店，但房間是乾淨寬敞的，裝潢也典雅，假日能訂到特價覺得CP值很高！位置很好，步行至城隍廟廣場和附近小吃都很近。停車可以到附近停車場，費用飯店買單，不至於完全沒得停，可以接受～！

房間雖然老舊但算乾淨 浴室就蠻多黑黑的黴菌 插座明顯不足 床頭邊都沒有 有嬰兒床跟澡盆可以借用 但沒有消毒鍋 沒有特約停車場 附近都要自費 飯店不會負擔部分費用 附近蠻繁榮的很好逛

是一間老飯店，從大廳到房內都可以感受到有年代感，暖氣功能失效房間很冷。服務普通有部分員工服務不佳，幾乎沒什麼設施，但價格便宜所以還行。

沒有四星的等級專業與服務, 白天櫃台服務不錯! 但晚上櫃台很隨興, 講話一副管妳**之面無表情, 要不要隨便妳, 很鬆散的一盤沙在櫃檯跟無聊對戰。熨斗需在頂樓使用, 然後只有一台, 用的時候還有怪味。總之, 很普:) 論價位, 這等級是可以接受的!

身障房不應該有隔間的乾濕分離 對輪椅族的朋友很不方便 一般身障旅客會有很多不同一般人的需求 身障者一個人出差 沒有陪同照顧者 會有很多臨時狀況 沒法在訂房前就想到或備註 若飯店不能提供完善的服務 例如晚上人力不足 無法提供好的協助 可以寫在訂房資訊裡 讓旅客在選擇飯店時可以評估

整體是乾淨且舒適的，但這個價位的飯店沒有停車場也沒有任何特約停車場真的是不太方便 房間內空間大，但插座偏少是老式飯店的通病

房間有升級空間非常大 服務態度也很好 美中不足的大概就是沒有停車場，還有房間內電燈控制不太好用（常常沒反應，有點舊）。

房間超大，而且整個房間乾淨整齊，一樓還有精油跟沐浴鹽可以使用，超級貼心，泡完澡整個超級放鬆，很值得推推的飯店，就是停車場要在外面，走路有一小段距離

飯店位置交通很方便，甚至走路10分鐘就可以到附近的酒吧喝一杯，只可惜床墊真的太硬，我個人是哪都能睡的人，第一次睡到翻來翻去睡不好🥹這間飯店需要喜歡誰超硬床的人🙃
