Service could of been a bit better but overall It was clean, and very good in location Close to many family activities

great place to stay for business travelers. room is clean, breakfast is not bad

We had a wonderful stay ! Felt right at home and just a two minute drive to the Philippines consulate. We will be in Houston again soon and we will definitely stay here again ! Thank you !

I loved my experience.... comfortable rooms... clean establishment.. great customer service at the front desk.

Property under construction, furniture chipped, carpet and chaise stained and need cleaning, not enough bed coverings, air quality was none existent, parking lot was not paved and had poor lighting at night, noise from the atrium, the toilet was sized for a toddler and the grab bar for the shower was poorly placed. No clock in the room and room service was provided only if the room was vacated. That information was not shared with us. Will not stay at this location in the future.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable, but I would have liked for the buffet breakfast to be cheaper.

Upon arrival we were informed that we would not be getting the rooms that we made the reservation for. Rather, instead of 2 adjoining rooms with double full-size beds, we were giving 2 king-size rooms on separate ends of the hotel. Instead of being apologetic or sympathetic, we were just told very bluntly that the hotel does not guarantee any rooms purchased through third-parties. This made our stay and weekend very uncomfortable, at the least.
