"I feel bad about giving a 3-star review because the woman running the place was lovely and was super-helpful to me with arranging things. But the hotel itself is a bit rundown. That said, I'm not sure if there are many/any better places in HuayXai."

"Menurutku harganya sepadan. Kamarnya di lantai pertama, atau lebih tepatnya, lantai semi-ba*****t, jadi agak gelap, tapi justru itulah yang membuatnya keren. Tidak ada AC, tapi ada kipas angin besar. Kipasnya lengket, mungkin berminyak, dan cukup berisik. Tersedia tisu, sikat gigi, air minum, dan sampo serta sabun mandi cair. Malam hari tidak terlalu panas atau terlalu dingin, jadi aku tidur cukup nyenyak. Pemandangan matahari terbenam dari balkon lantai dua juga indah. Tidak ada layanan laundry, jadi aku sarankan untuk mencuci pakaianmu di Thailand sebelum berangkat."

"It could be pretty good. Large room, properly equipped, pleasant welcome. But it should be cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty, the water heater worked very poorly, and there was a lot of mess everywhere in the hotel. The beds were clean, a little firm. It seems to be one of the best hotels in Huay Xai. Very glad I didn't see the others."
