The second time, the same problem occurred – hair on the bed and floor. The third time, I asked the staff to change the sheets and blankets in front of me, and as soon as they put them on, I saw several hairs – I was speechless! I'm furious!!! Anyone planning a trip to Hotan, please avoid this place! A small hotel with a four-star rating and such poor service and cleanliness! It ruined my travel experience. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!!!"
