***Service: The first feeling of staying in this so-called five-star hotel is that there is no doorman at the door, only security guards, and there is no basic service awareness to help open the car door and take the luggage. The attitude of the internal service staff of the hotel is basically satisfactory. I upgraded to a high floor. I booked a side sea view room. The location is very good and the sea is very comfortable. There is a big photo frame downstairs, which saves the time of traveling to a scenic spot.
***Hygiene: The room I stayed in was carpeted, and the carpet was not very clean and not cleaned properly. I have sensitive skin so I have some allergies, which is also the reason for canceling the consecutive stay.
***In terms of facilities, the induction energy-saving hair dryer is the first time I use it. I feel that it is not suitable to be equipped with such an economical hair dryer in a five-star hotel. It is very cheap to use. There is no swimming pool, because five-star hotels are generally equipped with luxury swimming pools, so the overall feeling is consistent with the price, and the breakfast is satisfactory.
In general, it is at best a 4-star standard level. There are more people in tour groups and business trips, and the experience is average if couples travel. I will not choose this hotel next time.

There is a lady who greets you at the door. She is really very enthusiastic and there is tea for check-in. The service of the lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It is a very satisfactory stay experience. The room is spacious and comfortable. Xiao Feng's service is very good. When we went out to play due to heavy snow, she asked me to tell her in advance so that she could make ginger soup for us. My husband and I'm about to finish our three-day and two-night trip to Weihai. We are very grateful for the warm hospitality of Weihai Baohai Hotel, which made us feel at home. Here we especially want to praise the following people. Miss Jiang Qian at the front desk contacted us on the high-speed train we took and helped us upgrade our room. That night we had a buffet in the hotel. Manager Cong of the restaurant was hospitable and provided enthusiastic service. Every time we went out, the little brother in the lobby always went out to help us contact taxis. The two cleaning ladies also worked very hard, including the teacher Jiang Baoan. I would like to thank them all here. If I come again in the future, I will first stay at Baohai Hotel.

FFloBernWe had a great stay in this hotel. We met Mr. Leng, the manager. He was very kind. First, when we booked the hotel, we made a mistake with the date, he helped us modify our booking, upgraded our room. He also helped uswith locations and addresses of places we can visit. We were very lucky to meet him.We were served with fruit everyday. Check in was great and fast. Breakfast is rich and variety. In short, everything was perfect. Just one little recommendations for the floor carpets to be changed. They're old, but room is clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.
We will come back again. Thanks to the staff of Huaxi hotel for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We visited the silver beach and took a trip of one hour, 30 minutes to Luigong Island, Weihai. So much to see and do here. A great place for a vacation.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is four stars hotel, the location is prefect, doesn’t have crowd, the sea view is fantastic. It is convenient to get didi or taxi to go to everywhere. The breakfast is awesome with all kinds of foods. I booked the discount standard room which stated no window on trip.Com. But, actually, it has a half window. I still can see the port and boats thru the half size window.

First, let’s talk about the advantages: the environment and hardware are nothing to mention, and the breakfast is okay. However, these advantages are not enough to cover up the lack of service - first of all: when I checked in at around 4pm, there was a clown blowing up balloons for the children in the lobby, and our children also joined the queue. It was originally a good thing, but it turned out that there were more than ten people in line. Minutes later, I was told that it was time and asked the children to stop queuing. The children in the queue behind were very disappointed and the hotel did not have any remedial measures. Even if each person handed out a small balloon, the children would be very happy. Five or six children queued up and then dispersed, so speechless~~ Second: The front desk staff who checked in had a cold attitude, as if he owed her money, and did not inform her of the basic information such as breakfast time, restaurant and elevator location. , and did not inform guests of the rights they enjoyed during their stay (there are bathing tickets in the booked room, but the front desk staff did not mention anything about it). Third: Not to mention that the room facilities are old, but at least they should be cleaned, right? As soon as I entered the room, I found a lot of hair (hair is not just hair), some were long and short, it was disgusting!
