We had a problem with the TV in the first room that couldn't be fixed so to help out we got a plus room that worked out great.

Sry but dis company nd help asap.

Good service , clean room , just a lot of traffic an crazy things going on all night

Thus was a joke. No one should want to stay here. We checked in and entered the room. Went straight to the office and checked out! Good place to house homeless.

First of all the pictures on the site are completely false. I arrived at the location and it looked to be an older building, not a big deal. The desk clerks were not rude to me, but very unprofessional with the cussing and how they communicated with one another. I get to the room and noticed multiple holes had been patched in the walls. Above the door on the ceiling was peeling away and appeared to have mold. There was about a one inch gap under the door and a small gap in the side of the door to where you could see outside. There was no chain or other locking on the door except for the key card and a deadbolt that didn't seem to secure. There was no remote for the television. Even though it was a non smoking room there were burn holes in the bedspread along with various stains. I pulled the blankets back to see what appeared to be blood. There was no phone to call the office. The bathroom the toilet was like what you would find at a gas station. There was writing on the mirror. It appeared as someone smeared toothpaste on dresses and night stands. The room was not clean looking by any means. We were there for approximately 10 minutes when a woman was begging for money and also asked my teenage boys if they have money. The parking lot was covered in cigarette butts. I checked out immediately. The desk clerk told me to contact the third party I booked from to get refund. So I did just that. Now I have to wait 5 days. Sucks to change plans on the fly. Don't stay here!

I don't even know where to begin, the place was terrible! I was going reasonably low price and on what was available but, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. When we pulled up the place looked like a crack den. You can tell that there were shaddy residents there, like pay by the week living. We were coming to enjoy the bathhouse amd was my first time in Hot Springs. The room smelled of mold, like old potatoes. The sheets had stains. There were no towels. Called front desk, she was not able to find but a few for us. The front desk lady looked overwhelmed, over worked, and short tempered. We went to the Dollar General to buy Lysol to spary down the room and beds, just to feel safe enough to stay there and to cover the terrible smell.

There was mold in the roof of my shower, room only had a bathroom light, the curtains would barely stay on the window.

We arrived at shift change and had to wait 15-20 min before the lady showed up to check us in. The room showed the disrespect of past occupants. The toilet was leaking and the exhaust fan was half hanging down. The beds were soft and wiggled every time you moved. The other residents were "questionable ". NEVER staying here again.

There was no continental breakfast just toast, that was disappointing. No manager or staff for over 3 hours during breakfast and checkout only a night security guard was there.

When we arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk said they did not have a room available for us. There was a man at the desk as well, and he kept mumbling under his breath. When asked who he was, he stated his name was Paul and he was with maintenance. He repeatedly said that I should have known better than to book through a third party and it wasn't their problem. He was rude and not apologetic at all for their mistake.

No pool, no king sized bed, roaches, strangers hanging about outside my room. Every other hotel booked, so I felt trapped

Night time maintenance guy was rude. Come to find out, he lied about being a maintenance guy. He also lied about his boss being out of town. He is security and night auditor. Had to rearrange my room just to find plugs that worked. Had to ask for batteries for remote. The place had roaches. Neighbors wete extremely loud and the whole place smelled like pot. Wifi rarely worked. Impossible to get ahold of corporate. Never will ho back.

The bedding was stained and dirty and had someone’s NAME written in it with god knows what, the bathtub/shower had dirt and grime all over it, there was some type of mold growing in the corners of the room. I walked to my room and saw so many people there actively using with their doors open. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I saw several roaches during my stay. The room was marked nonsmoking but reeked of stale smoke.
