Hotel Hot Springs Dujiangyan

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the foot of the mountain. You can walk to the main gate of Qingcheng Mountain and start your natural journey immediately. The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, surrounded by greenery, the facilities in the guest rooms are exquisite and comfortable, and the quality is reflected in every detail. The restaurant's dishes are authentic and delicious, the service is thoughtful and considerate, and the staff is enthusiastic and professional. Praise the ”Little Days among Flowers” parent-child activities, where children have fun and adults can relax and enjoy. A treasure hotel suitable for family vacations, worth recommending!

This hotel was awesome! So clean, so convenient, the room was a really good size, the hot tub in the room definitely added to the premium experience. Breakfast was great! The service staff from breakfast are specially nice. They were super helpful when we were asking questions and even though they didn’t fully speak english they understood our coffee and noodles order. Definitely recommend! Also so close to the shuttle to the Front of the mountain and the buses to the back of the mountain! We really recommend you go to the back of the mountain, take the cable car up, then make your way down the trails, it is about a 4 hour hike, very worth it and it is not easy but not suuuper hard. People recommend you go up first and take the cablecar down but I think that’s a bad idea. Also, don’t skip the Temple in Tai’an Ancient City, and have a good meal at the restaurant across the street called Tingchan Restaurant. Also if you have time go on a little walk towards the left once you exit the hotel and enjoy the park!

It was a great trip. Everyone in the B&B provided great service. We experienced pick-up and drop-off service, afternoon tea, sweet soup for midnight snacks, and hot spring bathing. The B&B was well decorated and new. The rooms were clean and tidy. The accommodation was in the ancient town of Tai'an, so it was very convenient for dining and traveling. There was a private butler. If I needed anything, I would tell him in the group and he would help me replenish consumables and clean the room. The food in the restaurant was also good, with local specialties, fresh and delicious. I slept until I woke up naturally during the day, then got up to go shopping, had a local meal, went down to drink tea, watched the fireworks in the river at night, listened to songs and got tipsy, and also rubbed a super gentle treasure. I was happy! This trip was originally a spur-of-the-moment decision, but it has become an unforgettable memory for me.

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

After staying, I feel great. From the environment, the first floor is really not stained. It is very clean. Whether it is the room or the soup pool, it can give the guests a good experience. The service of the merchant is also very good. Free breakfast is provided in the morning. The noodles are delicious. When I came, I was a little late. I wanted to live in a larger room type. I negotiated with the merchant and changed to a parent-child room. The location of the room is also very good. It is very quiet at night. When I open the door in the morning, I hit a full of Qingcheng Mountain. I look at half a mountain and half a snow. Very relaxed and comfortable. I like this place. I will choose here next time.

The experience of staying at the hot spring homestay was really great! The homestay is located in the back mountain scenic area of Qingcheng, the surrounding environment is quiet, the air is fresh, as if you are in a natural oxygen bar. The design of the room is very stylish, clean and tidy, and the details are in place, especially the floor heating and the smart equipment in the whole house, which makes people feel very comfortable and convenient. The hot spring experience of the homestay is even more highlight! The private hot spring pool is designed to be just right, the water temperature can be freely adjusted, and the mountain view outside the window can be enjoyed when soaking in the soup. It is a double enjoyment of body and mind. Especially after soaking in the hot spring at night, lying in bed watching the projection movie, I feel the whole person relaxed. The service of the boss and staff is also impressive. From the meticulous communication before check-in to the caring care during the stay, it makes people feel at home. The boss also specially prepared local tea for us. This warm little detail is really touching. The public area of the homestay is also very good. The scenery on the fifth floor terrace is beautiful. In the morning, I have a cup of tea and breathe the fresh air in the mountains. I feel that the whole person has been cured. Whether it is a trip with friends or a family holiday, this is a great choice. In short, this stay experience is perfect, highly recommended to all friends who want to relax and enjoy nature! I look forward to staying at their home next time I come to Qingcheng Mountain!

Excellent location, just beside Liduigongyuan train station (1 min walk), and takes less than 10 mins walk to the entrance of guanxian ancient town. Good varieties of breakfast (Chinese and western). Free drinks in the room upon check in. Would stay again if visiting dujiangyan again in the future.

Facilities: The room is the same as the one shown by the merchant, and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep on. My friend said that it was so comfortable that he didn't want to leave. Hygiene: As soon as you enter the lobby, it is clean and bright. It is definitely one of the best in the town. The room is also very clean, and there are aromatherapy. It smells very comfortable when you go in. Environment: The environment is very good. There are homestays around the town, which seem to be relatively small. This one is quite large. When you go out and come back at night, you can see this building from a distance. It is very bright. There are not many people in the town. When you walk some roads, you will feel deserted, but you are not afraid when you walk near the hotel. Service: The store is very good. We came here for the exam this time. We checked in the afternoon of the first day. Later, the boss took the initiative to contact us and said that there were several people in the store who were also here to take the exam. The next day, we were sent to the exam together. The boss was really thoughtful. Huayang Hot Spring Unlimited Experience: There is a large pool and two small pools in the small courtyard. I didn't bring a swimsuit this time, so I didn't experience it. I saw that the water in the pool was quite clear.

The hotel that was temporarily rebooked was surprisingly satisfied. The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony could see the mountain view in the distance. The whole house is smart and the private soup is very nice. The surrounding facilities are convenient, and the nearest neighborhood is the specialty restaurant. Breakfast is also available: sweet potatoes, eggs, rice porridge, siu mai, rice cakes, all kinds of side dishes, don't worry about going out to find breakfast. The boss is warm and caring, and also sends the high-speed rail station, all kinds of convenience.
