Hotel Pemandian Air Panas di Chongqing

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

The location is in a nice forest and the scenery is good. However the hotel needs some maintenance work. My room's air-conditioning was not working and it did not get cool. I did not open the doors/windows as there would be insects. The night light was flickering. The bed was too soft. Most shops around the hotel was also not open.

Palace Hotels in Chongqing was a really great stay. My partner and I had an amazing time and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot springs are a separate business which costs around £6 per day and the entrance within the building of the hotel. I would definitely recommend visiting the hot springs as it is great value and they have good food options within the complex. My favourite part were the fish that bite your feet which feels very nice. The room was very clean and serviced every day and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is near a bus station (8 mins walk) but not very close to any metro stations. We usually used DiDi which took 15-30 mins to get to the centre of Chongqing depending on traffic. Overall we had a great relaxing time at Palace Hotel!

Bangunan paviliunnya memang seperti review lain, seperti guest house, AC-nya digantung dan dihembuskan langsung ke samping tempat tidur sehingga menyulitkan untuk ditinggali. Selain itu, bagaimana barang-barang sekali pakai dapat mencapai tujuan ”memiliki segalanya dan menghemat segalanya”? Misalnya, sampo berkualitas buruk, tidak berbusa, dan ukurannya sangat kecil. Baik saya maupun putri saya belum pernah mencuci rambut. bersih. Botolnya hanya seukuran ibu jari seorang gadis, dan ukurannya sama dengan shower gel. Saya tidak akan mengeluh tentang kelembapan dan bau apek, itu semua untuk kesenangan bendungan kecil di depan pintu. Kawan-kawan yang mau naik gunung sebaiknya memilih kamar dengan paket spot pemandangan, karena paketnya juga 148 per orang (180 dalam rombongan tertentu), yang jumlahnya hampir sama. Saya hanya bisa bilang kalau boleh memotret bangunan induk, jangan memilih bangunan tambahan. Kegiatan memancing di perairan bermasalah pada hari Jumat dan Sabtu sangat menyenangkan. Perlu disebutkan bahwa barbekyu di Star View Pavilion di hotel ini sangat enak. Kami mengambil ikan untuk diolah dan harganya 10 yuan sepotong. Rasanya sangat enak . Kamar pribadi perlu dipesan terlebih dahulu karena dapat diisi dengan mudah. Kawasan Pemandangan Gunung Jinfo masih layak untuk dikunjungi, ketinggiannya 2.060 meter di atas permukaan laut, naungan di atas sangat nyaman, namun sinar matahari masih terik. Pergi ke sana lebih awal dan kembali lebih awal, serta perhatikan perlindungan matahari. Tempat pemandangan 5A layak untuk dikunjungi. Ada beberapa hotel yang dapat dipilih di sekitar Kota Tianxing, sebenarnya letaknya tidak jauh, jadi silakan periksa.

Keunggulan hotel ini adalah lokasinya. Lokasinya di samping pusat wisata Karst Wulan/Gunung Peri, jadi sangat strategis. Tersedia juga restoran dan minimarket yang bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Meskipun demikian, kota ini lebih tenang dibandingkan kota besar, jadi jangan berharap terlalu banyak toko atau aktivitas malam setelah objek wisata tutup. Mungkin Anda bisa mempertimbangkan untuk menonton pertunjukan Impression Wulan. Saya juga menyukai sarapan di hotel.

It is the best hotel in town. It is close to a Metro Station. The staff is helpful and friendly. We stayed there three times. The rooms for the first stay were excellent. The rooms we were assigned the second stay were in bad condition. Their floors were damaged. For the third stay we requested one of the rooms we had in for the first stay. Overall we were happy with the hotel's service. We will definitely go back again.

Room was near to the hotspring city (5 mins walk) loads of food option nearby and even a cinema. Room was clean. Generally recommend.
