This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and everything was well prepared. We were also able to check in early as we arrived slightly earlier than planned. Our stay indeed felt like we were in a spa house. No complaints at all. There is a jap restaurant just beside the hotel and it served amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Overall a very amazing place to stay. The owners are very nice and friendly. The camping room is very cute and is very suitable for solo travelers or group travelers. Have to walk a bit to the location. Might be a bit inconvenient to walk with a lot of luggage. Will definitely stay again!

The decor is young and modern. The laundry room, kitchen, locomotive and bicycle parking lot are fully equipped. The bathroom space is very hygienic, and disinfected slippers are provided for use. The bed has a charging socket and reading light, and there is a luggage locker in the room that is sufficient for everyone to use. It is quite convenient.
Unfortunately, it takes a while to walk to the nearby Dongmen Night Market.

Dissatisfaction:
The corresponding parking lot is far away and requires a fee.
The nearby parking lot is not cheap either.
Not recommended for families with cars
It will add a lot of fees to the parking fee.
Stayed for two consecutive days and no new supplies were provided
I didn’t take the initiative to ask if I needed it.
Counter staff are useless
There is baccarat, health center...etc. downstairs.
I feel that the population entry and exit is relatively complicated.
It is not recommended for women to stay alone
The quilt provided in the end was very thin and small.
The air-conditioning equipment is weird (I have reported it but the service staff said the air-conditioning is normal)
It’s extremely hot during the day and extremely cold at night
I ended up catching a cold😑
It’s a pity that the design and novel decoration of the room

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in front of Luodong Railway Station, and it takes only 1-2 minutes to walk to the station. The hotel staff is friendly. No lunch is provided. The hotel bed is large and comfortable to lie on. The faucet in the bathroom has a lot of water. It will not be hot and cold when taking a shower.

HHuangAliceThe quadruple room is large and very comfortable for three people! The light and warm quilts and comfortable hot springs make the entire vacation happy and beautiful. The lady at the counter was very kind and answered all my questions. We didn’t do any homework, they just introduced us where to go for a walk and where to solve the major issues in the Five Zang Temple, so we were so full every day that we went home and had to start losing weight again🤣🤣
Although the hotel did not provide breakfast, when we bought our breakfast, the lady kindly lent us plates and cups so that we could arrange a delicious breakfast by ourselves... and also helped us wash the dishes, which made me very touched. ! Although the location of this hotel is a bit remote and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to eat, the service is really good. I recommend that people who like quietness choose this hotel!

Ppearl lamBest hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

Toilet toilet paper is flat toilet paper. You have to count the number of sheets yourself and it is difficult to know the thickness (it depends on your personal habits)

Indoors, we saw that there was no parking space in front of the hotel when we returned (renting a motorcycle) because the door was full of motorcycles. Unless we move the car, there is still room for one. Come out immediately and tell us that you can park in the opposite parking lot without moving the car. ＜Not far away within 50 meters＞

AAnonymous UserThe location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet.
I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit.
BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated.
consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.

WWei CHIAOBecause I stayed for a few days at work, the room was small but there were some dining tables and chairs. The old room but I could see that it was slowly evolving. There were repainting and new aluminum windows. The most amazing thing was that the price of the homestay actually had air conditioning and heating. It coincided with the cold current. It was really happy to have heating.
But maybe because there is a mixed grass next to it, the small bugs will run in, and when they go home, they will find that the waist is bitten by unknown bugs several bags, and it is getting red and swollen. I have seen the doctor for more than a week and it is not good. It is super itchy.
