Hostels Cairns

Useful hostel for those in cairns and wanting to be close to restaurants and a shopping centre. The city itself is not the biggest so it doesn't take very long to walk to the promenade. The rusty market was close by which was nice to visit. The hostel itself was nice enough, with a pool and fully fitted kitchen.

Omg staying at this hostel was equally parts traumatic and entertaining. The best way to describe it is imagine if a problematic 60 year old man opened a hostel with a nightclub underneath, and all the social activities were designed with other problematic 60 year old men in mind. They don't seem to do any sort of gender balancing in the mixed dorm, one girl checked into my room in the middle of the night, because she was put in a mixed dorms with only men over 50. The social activities are old fashioned but not in a good way, I'm talking wet t shirt contests, pole dancing competitions, jelly wrestling. But honestly this hostel gave most of the girls staying here the ick so we ended up having movie nights on the girls floor, going to the market and Esplanade together and to the free gym. I actually had a good time, ironically. The facilities at this hostel are really good to be fair, the dorms were clean, they all had air conditioning and balconies (unfortunately you are not able to control the temperature of the air conditioning or turn it off when it is cold outside), they had large well equipped kitchens, a pool and a free gym. Even the nightclub was a good venue, but the social activities are like something out of the Wolf Of Wall Street. If they are going to be a sleazy venue they could at least hire Magic Mike dancers. But honestly they just need to get a new entertainment manager and this place would be fine. Location is alright, about a twenty minute walk to the Esplanade.

On the same day, I booked another accommodation for my friend, but after booking, the customer service said that there was no room. We booked somewhere else at six o'clock in the afternoon. The housing is relatively tight, so it is more expensive, the customer service applied to make up the difference. The attitude and response were very timely, and I responded in the middle of the night. Like Ctrip Hotel

When I booked, the hotel did not have any Chinese reviews, but I looked through other reviews and felt it was good, so I booked it. I took an early flight to Cairns, and when I arrived at the hotel, I found that they had a completely self-service check-in, and the hotel needed to send me a password to enter the front door. But I didn't receive this password, so I could only wait outside the door. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the customer service contacted the agent. Soon a staff member took me into the room and temporarily stored my luggage. I hope Ctrip will connect with the agent to improve the process for this hotel, such as sending a password to enter the door on the morning of the guest's check-in day, and sending another password when the room is ready and can be checked in on the same day. Otherwise, if there is no staff on duty that day, I will have to wait until other guests go out or staff arrive before I can go in

The location is good, right next to Beach Road, the sea is out. Seeing the lives of the locals, there is a Woolworths supermarket 800 meters away. Pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable time within reasonable time. Health needs to be improved, overall recommendation

Very satisfied with the service, the guy at the front desk is really great, the service is in place, he demonstrated it himself, the roommate is also very enthusiastic, the location is also very good, I love this store so much! I will come again next time!

The Bohemia resort is located close to the airport, excellent pubs including (Cock & Bull pictured) and restaurants so was perfect for an overnight stay. The garden pool area looks inviting. The rooms are basic but clean, fairly old bathrooms simple amenities in fair condition. comfortable bed. Well priced and well located. Friendly staff.

It was a very cozy hostel. The mixed share rooms have individual beds instead of bunk beds, so you don't have to disturb someone else's sleep, which is a big plus! The owner is a very calm and kind person, and he starts by giving us a thorough tour of the surrounding area and the hostel. There is a garden and a pool, and the kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, and oil, and we could drink tea and coffee freely. It was also nice that we didn't have to buy a few condiments just to cook for ourselves for a few nights. The people staying there were friendly, and it's been a while since I've come across such a cozy hostel. I'd like to use it again when I visit Cairns! I really recommend it to everyone!

When the plane arrives at the hotel by TAXI, the fare is 26 knives. The hotel is located near Cairns central. After going left for 30 meters, there is an alley to the east. Go east along Cairns central, then turn right to the pier and walk for about 15 minutes. It is full of bunk beds, suitable for backpackers and young people who are traveling poorly. The public bathroom is very clean and kitchen utensils are provided free of charge. There is a leisure area and swimming pool in the courtyard on the first floor. If English is good enough, you can make a lot of friends. The front desk, a man, a woman and two are very friendly, in short, an unforgettable trip!
