The wrong hotel was advertised when we were told we had stayed at the wrong place the original hotel which is this one didn’t refund us the refused trip.con

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel in Bolton, as is always the case, we had travelled for a funeral and the Premier Inn is probably excellent value for money. The staff are very pleasant and the breakfast was just what we wanted. Overall a very enjoyable stay once again

We have stayed here a few times, but unfortunately this time was not a great experience. They have had a refurb which you would think would maje it better, but the bed was so uncomfortable and hard that both myself and my wife woke from what little sleep we did have with back ache. Yes I know this is a personal thing, but have always praised Premier Inns for how comfy the beds are. I also stub my toes on a wheel that was sticking out from beneath the bed cutting 2 toes, as gap between bed and vanity was very slim. The room itself though was very clean and the shower was a great improvement (although still leaked water onto bathroom floor) Overall would I stay here again? No I don't think I would

The room was excellent . Super clean. The beds and bedding so comfortable and I have to say a big shout out to Gill on reception who was so friendly very helpful . She’s a credit to the company . Would definitely stay here again. My partner was playing for England in the four nations so it was a perfect location.

This premier inn has to be the best I’ve stayed in . My room was 221 . So clean and really modern ! My only gripe is that I went down for breakfast around 9 ish and you help yourself to the buffet and it wasn’t particularly warm . The ladies ended up taking it away and then when anyone came after me they got a fresh cooked breakfast . So my tip would be wait until after 9 to get a proper warm cooked breakfast ! I was kicking myself ha .

The hotel cost me 1/2 the price of anywhere else and the breakfast was great but staff made the stay due to how pleasant they were , close by amenities and motorway.. I will continue to return

We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting our family in Bolton. The staff are always really friendly and the standard of all aspects of the hotel is high. This time we were really pleasantly surprised to note that our room was newly refurbished. We loved the new decor and the bed was as comfortable as ever. A great night's sleep.

Room was great, bed pillows were soooo soft SAM was very helpful at reception & helped me find my phone, via her phone, using the app! Big hug & x ANDY in the restaurant was helpful & a good character, you could see he took pride in his job Will defo come back to the Premier Inn
