Great Rooms and location!

Location is super good, convenient to walk to anywhere in Waikiki. Valet parking staffs are great and kind of Japanese-style friendly, however the reception desk staff seemed always busy. Room is small and has a smell, maybe due to the oldness of the air conditioning and the building. You need to open the windows to ventilation every day. But the shower is incredibly good, like a hotel bathroom in Japan. Good and powerful water stream, feels like a waterfall and a hot spring. The shower is a huge plus, kind of the best in the US.

the room was clean, every day there was cleaning, bathroom accessories were always added, I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel!

Spent July 3, 2022-July 5, 2022, we are Kama 'aina's and did not feel the hotel extended any kind of extra Aloha for us locals. Also, very upset when I pre-booked the reservation through a 3rd party and as well paid in full, and on confirmation sheet states that room and everything else PAID ALREADY, WHEN CHECKING IN THERE WILL ONLY BE A BALANCE OF $46 IN TAXES. Well, when I checked in I was told that I would still need to pay $45 a day for the resort fees daily which totalled $85 I still would owe. Parking, I was told by the Front Desk would be $50 a night ( insane )!

The front desk was accommodating when I didn't have my credit card to pay for a deposit.

The front desk and staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and property.

Very disappointing! Very rude staff. we’ll never come back!

房間可以的，不小，衞生間也寬敞。 被子套的方式有點不習慣，早上找不到邊了。 小露台很不錯，就是我這面有空調，坐外面吵了點。 訂了早飯是有30元抵扣，超出部分再付錢就可以。麪包和飲料是自助的。 lobby裏就有超市，對面有個mall，吃飯購物都很方便，穿過mall就是沙灘🏖️，位置很便利

房間還可以，和國內的快捷酒店差不多。服務一般吧，行李員不錯，幫叫的出租車。樓下有個便利店，可以買東西。含的早餐不是自助餐。
