Despite having do not disturb sign on, housekeeping insist of ENTERING MY ROOM while been rejected in the morning. Excuses given was how about me entering to change the towel for you? How about me entering to change the drinking glass for you? This really annoyed me every morning and everyday I’m thinking why do they insist of entering my room everyday? Housekeeping was finally done on DAY 2 of our stay due to the insisting of the housekeeping team.
Day 4 , one day before check out. Both the Security Manager and member of the housekeeping team knocked and subsequently entered my room using their master access card
without my consent while we were in the room in the afternoon. Their stated reason was ”to check on us”
While I fully understand and appreciate the hotel's duty of care regarding guest safety and wellbeing, this level of intrusion was entirely unwarranted. Hotel Staff witnessed us leaving the room daily, confirming our presence and wellbeing, rendering these forced entries completely unnecessary and deeply disturbing. My room is the only room that encountered this issue while all my other colleagues did not. So It feels like I had being “marked” by the hotel as I’m the only one that got special attention.
The reason given by the duty manager was out of my mind which I do not wish to disclose here.
This level of disregard for basic guest privacy and protocol is unprecedented in my experience.

The hotel rooms leave much to be desired.** Although it is stated that the renovation was done in 2013, all the rooms look very outdated. The only new items are an armchair and a chair. Everything else feels like a throwback to the 90s.
The plumbing also needs replacement: the toilet makes a loud noise when flushed, and the sink drains extremely slowly, often clogging. As a result, the next person has to wait about 10 minutes for the water to fully drain.
I requested an iron and an ironing board for the room. They were delivered fairly quickly, but ironing on this board is impossible—it's just a metal mesh covered with fabric. Without any soft padding, the mesh pattern imprints onto the clothing.
There were also internet issues: on the first evening, there was no connection at all, but the situation improved on the second day.

The hotel has a perfect location near the airport, which made travel very convenient. The accommodation includes airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a great bonus. However, the room was quite small for two people, especially with a lot of luggage — it felt cramped. We had dinner at the restaurant near the lobby but found it to be significantly overpriced. Additionally, amenities like the rooftop and pool closed early, so we weren’t able to enjoy them after dinner. Overall, it is a convenient stay but with some drawbacks.

I had to do a quick trip into Hong Kong to take some licensing exams. I needed to find a hotel that was close to the testing center and not far from a Metro station. This place was perfect!! I could walk to both places in 15 minutes! It was also surrounded by delicious Thai restaurants and pretty quiet at night. The room itself was nice and cozy for little ole me with a big comfortable bed. There were only a couple small issues. The walls in my room were a bit dusty, along with the vent. Was a bit uncomfortable for my allergies. The rest of the room was beautifully clean. The restaurant that was part of the hotel advertised a full menu but only had a few snacks. I got the spring rolls and they were delicious. I was just a bit disappointed I couldn’t have dinner there. The staff themselves were very helpful and lovely. Overall, I would easily stay here again.

Very clean, spacious room, conveniently located inside the Hong Kong International Airport. Staff was friendly. A great Cantonese restaurant named Hong Xuan (红轩) offered great dishes. Highly recommended for transit passengers at Hong Kong International Airport to stay at this hotel.
