The service on reception is pretty good, they response and positive gave feedback. Some requests we asked: 1. get a converter, we went to the reception directly and the clean lady brought one to us pretty quick. 2. ask for additonal towel and slipper cause we have a kid with us. The lady seems a bit unpatient and asked a bit rude ”do you have anything else you need” in a sense of ”you better ask them once for all”. we don't expect that, we thought those should be in the room already because we booked the room for 3 person and we paid additional for the kids breakfast. Other than that the room is pretty neat and clean, I like the view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, if you open the curtain that should give you a pretty amazing view in the morning. BTW, the breakfast is not worthy, we paid it only because of the kids, otherwise you should go out to get some street food, I'm sure you'll find it somewhere near.
