It was a great experience! We loved it there, especially the view from the 32th floor 😍

Love the hotel sea view and spacious room We feel rested and refreshed. Just hoping the buffet can have more choices in the morning. The surrounding is a bit walking distance from MTR and not so many things around so prob you need to take train to Admiralty which only two stations away.

Ithe view is amazing, young and energetic team to welcome you. I love the vibe of beong a part of the community. I love the color of the hotel interior design. Will definitely comeback again.

The hotel was perfect. You don't have to go to another five-star hotel. The room is clean and the brunch is delicious! The hotel staff was very friendly. Especially, I left my phone in the taxi, and a staff member named Peter helped me a lot when I found it. Thank you very much.🥹🥹😍😍

The room is cozy and spacious. Spacious bathroom and shower too. It has coffee machine, and water container can be self-filled up on each floor. I didn’t have great stay though, because the room had a bad smell which gave me a headache. I told the staff but nothing was changed. Also there was a noise from the ceiling and the next morning, technician could fix it. So I wonder why they didn’t maintain the room well in advance… The location is about 10mins walk from the Wong Chuk Hang mtr station and at night, the street might be a bit empty and look industrial.

We are a group of 2 staying in the Arca for about a week. The hotel itself is fantastic, we stayed in a room with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. The room is spacious enough for us to invite friends over for a gathering. We love the amenities. Inside the room, we love the spacious walk-in wardrobe connected with the bathroom with double showers and double sinks. The room is well maintained and everything makes sense. The restaurant and sky bar are fantastic with great value, I wish to have have more time at the hotel to enjoy all that. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a very convenient location where you can take the MTR with 5 minutes walk and travel to the main parts in Hong Kong. I will recommend this to anyone who are looking for accommodation on the Hong Kong Island.

Our hotel stay at the Arca was quite satisfactory. The room was quite big and there were three comfortable beds. The toilet is also very spacious and large, and allows for two shower rooms inside. The design of the room was quite smart, all in all. The location was okay, easily visible from the nearest station. The service was also very good, they even offered us a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday as well as three complimentary drinks as an apology for the slightly delayed check-in. All in all, great hotel!

We enjoyed our stay in The Arca Hotel. Check in and out process is smooth. Sea view is amazing. Staff are friendly.

It’s close to the MTR station and mall. The service is quite thoughtful. The most important is the view of the room is also beautiful!
