The transportation is very convenient. Take the A21 from the airport to Kimberley Road, which takes about 45 minutes. Get off and walk a short distance to the hotel. The room was upgraded, which is a little bigger than the original one. It is clean overall. It is on the 11th floor and there is a water dispenser at the elevator entrance, which is very convenient. I stayed for 3 consecutive days. On the last day of check-out, I felt bitten by something in the morning. My legs were covered with lumps. There were more than 10 lumps on my left and right legs in total. They were still red when I pulled my legs down.
The service is pretty good. As long as there is someone, they will help press the elevator and open the door. The door is a bit small and easily congested.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. We could check in 4 hours earlier after a long flight over night and got a room upgrade for free. Location is great, very central in Tsim Sha Tsui.
