The hotel is very conveniently located in causeway bay, however it is a slight long walk from MTR if you are dragging your luggage. Room is very clean, and it is equipped with everything you need although the room is slightly small. The welcome cocktail includes one cocktail and a set of canapés!

One of the best hotel service I have experienced!!!!!
The place feel like home, food quality superb. Like the detail, e.g. hold an umbrella for you while you step out of the hotel (it was raining). Environment and interior design feels like quiet luxury. Tho not many facilities inside and it’s just a boutique hotel but the service worths it all!!!

I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings that made for a truly relaxing stay.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch - from the beautiful swimming pool to the well-equipped gym, I was never short of things to do. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, each one expertly prepared and bursting with flavor.
What truly set Lanson Place Causeway Bay apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff (front desk, bell service, call centre, housekeeping, F&B, etc) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, attending to every need with a smile and genuine care. I felt truly pampered and can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, look no further than Lanson Place.

Everything was great. Location was good. And the overall interior of the hotel is fantastic. Amazing and comfortable for travellers. However, the only downside is the staffs at the dining service. They looked very gloomy at the time and they seems very rigid.

Disgusting service during the breakfast period
Only serve long term lease with a smile.
Typical hongkonger service that treat Chinese with an attitude.
Ordered some food and waited 30 mins even it’s not busy, upon checking server will inform you that the chef is gonna make it now.
Won’t recommend anyone to stay if you can’t speak fluent Cantonese
