Pelayanannya buruk. Staf kantor depan tidak tersenyum, dan staf hotline lugas. Kamar menghadap langsung ke Taikoo Shing. Saya bahkan dapat melihat TV di seberangnya. Saya yakin ada pilihan yang lebih baik seharga $1900.

Pengalaman ini sangat buruk, AC tidak bisa dinyalakan, seperti mengendarai kereta api. Air dingin di wastafel kamar mandi tidak ada, kamar mandi terbuka dan cipratan dimana-mana. Berantakan. Setelah keluar toko, saya menemukan sekotak coklat yang saya beli hilang. Saat saya menanyakannya di kamar , hilang. Tidak ada sikap. Pelayanan front desk tidak tulus dan munafik. Saya sangat kecewa.

From last year onwards, I have been living in this hotel for one to two nights nearly every month. This is the best and the most convenient hotel I have ever encountered, not just in Hong Kong, but including all other hotels that I have lived in in other countries I have been to, such as Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and so on and so forth. The room environment and all facilities are perfect. The most convenient part is the supply of filtered tap water. You can just open the button to get water that can be drunk instantly. The environment and all of the facilities inside the room are so clean. The customer services are perfect. The staff members are helpful, professional, extremely responsive, and accessible. If you come to Hong Kong, you must try out this hotel—East HK. I am sure that you would not regret it at all.

The hotel is very convenient located just right outside of the Taikoo Station D1 exit. Just next store to the shopping mall which offers a lot to shop as well. Staff was nice and we were very lucky to have been upgraded to the urban corner room!

Perfect view and next to shopping mall. You can access to city center by MTR just opposite with hotel.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful view. I am glad I found this place and it was a terrific visit. The bed was so comfortable and a very relaxing stay. I will be back

I love this hotel The design is modern and classy, all staff are very helpfull even when I checked in almost at midnight The room is spacious and very clean, there is microwave to heat the food MRT station just beside the hotel Will stay here again if i visit Hongkong

Very good location only seven minutes walk to the office，The subway just nearby very convenient for the transportation.

Perfect workcaytion experience. We had gorgeous harbour panoramic views from our room (highly recommended, ask for ＞23rd floor) and with great in-room amenities like Bluetooth speakers, microwave, filtered water faucet and a decent work study area. Hotel public areas have great co-working spaces, a popular rooftop bar and a huge mall underneath, full of everything you wish for dining and shopping including famous bakeries, Japanese Apita department store and a cinema. Also connected to Taikoo MTR, 10 mins away from Causeway Bay/Wan Chai/Central. Will return, for sure.

Very pleasant stay. Right next to a mall where you can basically get everything you need and dont loll MTR station is right next to the hotel which makes travelling easy too. Room was clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant stay with them.

The hotel did nothing wrong. They followed normal procedures but could not provide any further service/help, which makes me feel bad about this experience. There’s no assistance in early checkin. I was planning to check in earlier to decorate the room for my girlfriend’s birthday surprise, but they were unable to offer any help. Even it is mentioned birthday celebration, There is no upgrade of room (tho it’s not mandatory service), but just only one very small “test tube size” red wine… I feel disappointed for I expect more for a $1300 4.5 star hotel.
