Service: There was barely any service, and the staff lacked passion and hospitality. Room: A standard and clean room, but nothing particularly noteworthy. QT Dinner Set: The food was average, but the dessert was perfect. Breakfast: Disappointing, can you imagine no fresh juice, and the coffee was watery and tasted bad. Location: Conveniently close to several shopping malls.

Only thing missing from the "Deluxe river view room" was a view of the river 😂. Nice view nonetheless. Pros: Nice clean (and we are VERY fussy about that) and modern place. The TV had a lot of free English movies available which our daughter enjoyed a lot. Full marks for integrating technology into everything. Cons: The shower space was really cramped and the water pressure barely acceptable. I had high hopes based on experience with Shangri-la Hangzhou. The sink had water drainage issue. Observation: The staff is efficient and take care of the guests' needs though lack the welcoming warmth required in the hospitality industry.

Modern room with a relaxing atmosphere and great nightscape views. It's clean, well-maintained. And the hotel is quite close to the subway station，which is a big plus！

Facilities are really excellent here. The gym is better equipped than most and The pool is really lovely. Great jacuzzi too next to it. Everything is perfectly clean and well kept. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and whilst the facilities are great at times the service is lacking. It’s obviously not that bad as we’ve stayed multiple times: but it’s enough to irritate you.

This hotel is very nice & the location is so convenient just cross the road there a shopping mall oposite with alot of nice food & cafe. The hotel staff is friendly & good. The food variety have room of improvement but overall is delicious.

The services were good, they gave me a free room upgrade and we all very well mannered. However the was a peculiar smell coming from the sinks in the room I was upgraded to. I ordered room service and the room service was reasonably priced and so good I had to get another order. However the second burger I ordered took an hour to arrive.

Had an overnight stay in Shanghai. Chose the location due to its relative proximity to both the city and the airport. After staying one night I would have liked to stay longer. Very pleasant hotel to stay. Great room, facilities and staff.

The facilities are good. Location is nice. Housekeeping went out of their way to arrange a birthday cake. Staff need more training, i.e. in room service breakfast cereal but no spoon. No glass for water in room. I’ve been experiencing Shangri-La in many countries over many years, so comments given in earnest as a loyal customer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangrila, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highlights of Our Stay: Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a special request for a small birthday setup for my husband, and they exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a birthday cake, which made the celebration extra special. Comfortable Accommodation: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep of our stay. Excellent Dining: The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone, including picky eaters! Areas for Improvement: While our stay was wonderful, one area where the hotel could improve is in making the facilities more child-friendly. It would be fantastic to have an indoor playground and a dedicated kids' pool. These additions would make the hotel even more appealing for families with young children. Overall, Shangrila provided an excellent experience with top-notch service and amenities. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future and look forward to seeing any new child-friendly additions they might make!

The hotel was amazing. It was elegant and the staff was friendly. The location was nice being right next to taigooli for shopping and eating. The hotel is what you think it is, luxury. I'll stay again.
