overall the room is well equipped with amenities you would expect from any hotel stay. the plus point of the hotel is its close proximity to the mongkok east station, however it’s good to note that the mall entrances that connect to the hotel from the mtr station is cordoned off at night. so to hotel guests returning or arriving at the station at night, you would need to walk around the mall (which are guided by signs) to enter the hotel lobby. there are also plenty of good food options nearby such as one dimsum and dimdim sum both of which are highly rated and excellent in my opinion. overall a comfortable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Plaza Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Hong Kong. The wide bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day out. Everything was clean and well-maintained, giving us a very comfortable experience. The hotel’s location is super convenient—direct access to the MTR makes getting around the city a breeze. It’s connected to a shopping mall, which made dining and shopping very easy, and there’s even a playground that was great for the kids. We also loved how close the hotel is to the night market and several other malls in the area—plenty to explore within walking distance! Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone who wants comfort and convenience in the heart of Hong Kong.

Seems a little bit old. And the room had a bit of smell. I think they need to renovate a bit. Location was excellent as it was close to foods and shopping centre. Also convenient to take the mtr. Overall experience was not too bad.

Location of hotel is good, direct access to MTR. Has plenty of food shops inside MOKO and around Mong Kok area. A good 10 mins walk to Mong Kong MTR if Tseun Wan Line is preferred.

Love and like this hotel very much, will book again when go Hong Kong in future.

This hotel is so spacious than any other hotel that I've been stay before. The location so great with MRT and mall under the hotel.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Royal Plaza Hotel as a family. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, making it a convenient base for our short trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the high-quality amenities. The beds were comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for us to rest. The location is excellent, being directly connected to the MOKO shopping mall, which offered easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel’s proximity to public transport also made it easy to get around Hong Kong. However, one downside was the noisy air conditioning in our room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. The noise was a bit distracting, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay. Additionally, while the hotel offers a lot of great features, we did feel it might not be the most kid-friendly option, as there weren’t many child-focused amenities or activities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and Royal Plaza Hotel is a solid choice for a family looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel. Just be aware of the aircon noise and consider other options if you're traveling with younger children.

Room is nice, the beds in a room is good, comfortable sleep for 2 adults 1 kid, not squeezy, and we don’t have to pay for extra bed. But the mtr station is Kowloon East not the actual Kowloon station, if you want to go to shenzhen luohu is very convenient don’t need to change station, but if you want to go to attractions in hongkong mostly you’ll need to change at the Admiralty station. Overall a pleasant stay, many Singaporeans with kids stay there, I thought I was still in Singapore lol…

Hotel is located conveniently connected to the MOKO mall. It is also well connected with the elevated walkway, which can connect you to the Mongkok station. It has the Mongkok East MTR next to the hotel. It’s also close by to the Ladies Market. The bed isn’t the most comfortable (quite hard to my liking), other than that all great. However do note that during Sunday, the elevated walkway nearby can be crowded with people (foreign maids, workers on leave), so it can be challenging if you have young kids and trying to move around.

Location and convenience, two main reasons why I booked this hotel. Located just above the Mongkok East Station, near to Prince Edward road - flower market and connecting to Moko mall. We booked the Family room with two queen beds and bath tub, really nice bed, refurbished rooms and spacious. Overall loved this hotel - will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Great service from the check-in staff to the concierge to the bellboys. Always ready to help with a smile! Thank you. Good location if you’re using the light blue MTR line to travel, and it has a cha chaang teng right outside the hotel (in the mall). Many eating options all around. The room is spacious and has an open view. Can’t ask for a better space in Hong Kong to unwind.

Easy to connect to the mall and metro, good service and the bedding is very comfortable 🥰 I will be back soon 💖💖💖💖💖
