The moment you step into The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, you begin an extraordinary luxury experience. The front desk staff handled the check-in procedures quickly with a friendly and professional smile, and also introduced the hotel facilities attentively, which made me feel at ease instantly as a newcomer.
In the guest room, through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the magnificent view of Victoria Harbour comes into view without reservation. Every detail in the room demonstrates the quality of Ritz-Carlton, from the soft and comfortable bedding to the exquisite toiletries, all of which make people feel comfortable.

升級了270度海景房，風景不錯。酒店樓下就是圓方，吃東西逛街很方便。行政樓層的早餐不錯，服務人員超級愛和寶寶互動，寶寶被逗的咯咯笑個不停。其實服務人員的素質就藏在這些細節裏面，門口的行李是否第一時間有人迎接，房間的水補充是否及時，看到寶寶後送給房間的小童用品和一些小點心等等。香港麗思卡爾頓確實比廣州高了很多檔次，算是挽回了麗思卡爾頓的一些顏面。遺憾沒有約到中餐廳和spa, 有機會再來吧。
