SCAM!!!!! Firstly, in the photographs the room had a window, nowhere in the description was it indicated that it could be without a window. We were given a room without a window and much less than the promised 11 square meters. In response to our request to change the number, the staff invited a man who introduced himself as the owner. He began to pull out the key card, leaving us in the darkness of this room without a window, and saying “if you don’t like it, get out. What do you want for such ridiculous money? It’s just nothing for Hong Kong. Maybe you wanted another room with a pool?” and stuff like that. In general, then there were offers to pay extra, and then suddenly the question arose about the deposit, which was also not in the description. We were not ready to pay extra, but they also refused to return the money to us. In the end, he simply loaded our suitcases into the elevator, not allowing us to wait for the police. They never returned the money for our room, although when it came up that my sister had already gone to get the police, the “owner” said that he promised to return the money.... I really regret that I never waited for the police. NEVER STAY in this room, it could be dangerous

The room is small and the bathroom is a bit cramped, but it is still comfortable. The location is great, facing the subway, and just a few meters from several tourist attractions, such as the art museum and the avenue of stars. The service is not so formal/professional but they were very attentive and friendly.

The price is there, you get what you pay for. Don't expect too much. Note that this hotel has a 24-hour front desk. The room has automatic door locks. When you come out to pick up water, or heat a bag in the microwave, remember to take the room card! ! ! Or jam the door and then come out, otherwise in the middle of the night without a room card and can’t open the door, it’s not working every day.

The deposit of 3,000 is too much!

Simple hostel

Never never never go. I was also not believing the negative reviews previously posted and thought it will be changed management but no. It's a waste. Here's my story. I reached location (don't wanna talk about that) by 3:00 PM. And there is no one, not even reception. Just a number written on door, when I called some guy replied that someone soon come to assist. Waited 25 mins and a lady arrived, handed over the card for the room. When I seen the room was shocked. As In booking details there are many things written : Like refrigrerator, safe, hair dryer all available in room. When there is nothing in the room. They have a common refrigerator at the next door flat sharing between probably 20 such rooms. and no Safe at all. I added a complaint to Agoda that my room is not as per the specification. Then That some guy called on the phone of that lady, and asked for 3000/- HKD cash. I was surprised, as my room total rent was almost 750/-HKD which I already did paid. He said its security deposit. As it was a short trip I bought only that much of cash. So was not able to pay that. And he said the Empty the room or We will throw your luggage, how dare you complain us. I immediately realised If I give 3000/- HKD then its not gonna come back, as its a big big scam. Also found the reason that why the hotel is empty. Finally lost my amount given as a booking and booked another hotel. So, Its a big cheater here operating this hotel. Very efficiently added condition of 3000/- HKD as security deposit in to booking TnC which we hardly reads. so, book the hotel only If you have guts to loss 3000/- HKD or stay in whatever they offers.
