This is resort living close to everything the island has to offer!This vacation condo has a great view of the gulf and the tropical pool area located in the center of the resort. It is located on the 1st floor with a big balcony to enjoy! New kitchen cabinetry with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, induction cook top, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker and garbage disposal. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and other utensils including blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Collapsible beach cart in the unit for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a bunk bed in the hallway and a queen size memory foam mattress sofa bed in the living room. There is a 50” LED TV in the living room and a 40” LED TV in the master bedroom. Community cable in both and Netflix and Prime are available in Living Room set. Bathroom has also been renovated with a rain shower, glass doors and sitting bench. The community offers 2 pools (one heated) and a 2 hot tubs; gym, tennis court and grilling area. Coin laundry facility is located on the same floor, just a few feet away from the condo. Victorian Resort guests are required to purchase a parking permit directly from Resort for $25 plus tax per vehicle at the time of check-in. A private patio door opens onto the large oceanfront patio from the bedroom. The room is designed in a bright, cheery tropical sailing theme. You wont have to leave the king bed for the most spectacular sunrise to greet your day! The primary spa-like bath has a frameless shower, double sinks and a jetted jacuzzi tub for the ultimate relaxation. The ‘SEASHELL QUEEN’ bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, luxurious mattress and bedding, smart tv, and serene views of the catch and release lake and Galveston Bay.Finally, the 3rd bedroom is an "UNDER THE SEA" experience for adults and kids alike! 4 TWIN SIZE custom designed nautical bunks each have been painted in ocean azure blue and each bunk features ocean life themes with "portal" windows viewing ocean creatures!
