"The front desk was helpful and friendly. I love the self serve beverages and fruit in the lobby. That was nice and unexpected. The hot breakfast was descent/good. Better than continental breakfast. The bed was ok but the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time we stayed there. There were tiny bugs crawling all around the tub. We couldn't open the safe and went to use the phone to call front desk then found out it did not work. Had to walk to the office to notify them which the maintenance guy came right way to open it. I love the location but overall the place is out dated and need major work. I was surprised there weren't any noise outside the room or other rooms around us considering the place was completely booked."

Clean, quiet, loved the full hot breakfast, service, and our ocean view from the balcony was truly magnificent! Comfy beds & loved that there were 3 of them - 2 queens plus a pull out sofa bed, definitely came in handy.

Construction going on,didnt let us know.pool was closed no hot tub working.maintanance didnt let us know.only 2 towels in room never had less than 3 anywhere.fire alarm went off 11:00 at night.but they did comp our parking.they charge 16 dollars to park yourself.

The hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too..

Everything great but the place has Only 2 elevators and one wasn’t working, really bad experience and charging $20 for the parking?? 👎🏼 the rest was really good, the rooms are Amazing

Had another amazing time!!! Love the location the amenities everything. Such a wonderful spot to enjoy an evening by the pool or walk across the street and tan on the beach! Definitely can’t wait to go back!

So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.
