Premier Inn Holyhead

訂的雙床，實際是一張雙人一張沙發床！

We stopped off again for breakfast and the reception area was spotless. We went into the dinning room and were greeted by a mature grumpy man who was quite rude. He pointed out where he wanted us to sit which was for his convenience (the restaurant was empty) he didn't bother to show us to the table just pointed and said sit there. He started to clear dishes from our table while we were still eating. Last time I was there he insulted me I had been ill and had not eaten for several days so we stopped for breakfast he came over to me and said "my god your eating a lot" even though I had only eaten toast and a banana he is so rude and definitely not a people person. When we have been before he started working there a lady called Sandra was on and always treated you with a warm smile (he doesn't) it's a shame there is not a Sandra now. The GRUMPY award goes to Mr Grumpy in the restaurant

We travelled to Holyhead with our kids aged 7 yr old and 8month old , the hotel is located close to the places we wanted to visit so it was perfect! The hotel staff were lovely from the time we checked in till check out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we slept really well . Breakfast and dinner was really good as well . We are glad we picked this hotel and will do so the next time we plan to travel . Ben , Carol, Andy and Dave were lovely and made us feel at home x Thank you all so much :)

Just spent 3 nights here and I have to say it was excellent All of it exceeded my expectations Hotel was spotless The service couldn’t of been better And the staff were superb I had a meal deal experience and the food was really lovely and served with friendliness Special mentions to Andy ( Breakfast ) Carol ( Dinner ) great service from both A great big thank you to Ben What a lovely fella. He was superb and made my stay extra special Thank you to everyone If I was to stay in Holyhead again I would definitely stay here !!

Linda and the team were amazing as always. Very welcoming. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Can't wait to return

Excellent stay very good staff everyone I met was polite and helpful, stayed for 3 nights for work breakfast was plentiful and a good choice bar service was good rooms clean bed was very comfortable and duvet was amazingly comfortable my only criticism was no fridge in room and TV was very temperamental

Superb hotel, the rooms are clean and Cosy. The breakfast is the best as is the steak in the restaurantin the evening. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.

WE recently stayed here and needed the sleeping arrangements to be changed on arrival. This was done without any question or fuss. Full marks to the staff for their help. All of the staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy being at work which then makes the overall stay far better for customers.

Really cannot beat the location - a very short drive to the ferry port, and a short walk to a selection of local supermarkets if you need anything. Car park is big and free, everything in the room worked OK and the room was clean. I've deducted a star because our ferry time got moved 2 hours earlier, so on arrival we asked that our breakfast booking be cancelled and the bill adjusted. Despite telling us that this had been done, it was not and thus Premier Inn currently owe us some £££...!
