We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed our experience. The rooms were clean, and the location was fantastic. However, we had to move rooms three times due to mold from water leaks and AC return problems. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, and we were on the third floor.

This is a wonderful place. Emi was very helpful in setting us up with a beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom. It was very clean, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and balcony Claudia at the front desk also went above and beyond to make our stay special. Pool is a bit small but clean and wasn't busy at all when we were there. There is also ping pong which we enjoyed.

During our stay, the room has no cold water, and they cannot fix it. That means during a long day from the beach we did not take a full shower but some splash using ice cubes from the fridge mixed with the super hot water came out from the sink. Charged me extra 75 than the bill received from email. Chatted this issue with front desk but two days past still not solved. The facility is beautiful and spacious but the customer service, if there is any, is the worst. Marriot needs to look into this property and change the management to save future customers.

This was our third time at the Waterline Villas & Marina, Autograph Collection on Anna Maria Island, it is the most magnificent place to relax. I can say and it was a truly unforgettable experience! This resort-style hotel offers incredibly charming and tranquil getaways, perfect for any occasion. The setting is beautifully integrated with the marina, providing a unique and delightful water experience that soothes the soul. The villas are stunning, featuring high-end finishes and an elegant feel that truly elevates the stay. Every aspect of the interior design is thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Emi and Claudia are awesome. They were welcoming, helpful and truly provided great Customer Service. Giselle, in particular, was outstanding. Her friendly and accommodating nature made our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the luxurious accommodations, and the excellent service created a perfect getaway. We can't wait to return to this serene paradise. Highly recommend Waterline Villas & Marina for anyone seeking a peaceful, refined, and unforgettable retreat!

We loved our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. The villas are beautiful, stilish, clean, and stock with everything you need. The furniture was comfortable and the dining table was really cool like the ones on watches as well as the lights on top of it. The bed was very comfortable as well as the fluffy slightly longer pillows. I loved the shower head and the shower floor in the primary bedroom King size. What a beautiful property with the Marina and wild life in front of the resort. The area around it has really good restaurants as well. Everything was great but the most important part of our stay was how we were treated by the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and on top of everything at all times. Emmy was AMAZING! She has the best personality and she shines at guest service and it comes so natural to her. She made our stay so much better. Thank you Emmy! We will definitely be back soon. 🫶🏼

My family just spent a few nights here. The hotel was excellent. Up to date, clean and very quiet. It is within walking distance to several restaurants. The island is best suited to walking and biking. Like most of coastal Florida there is a lot of traffic. The hotel is located on the main road which has a constant flow of traffic. If interested in fishing I would highly recommend Anna Maria Boat Company. They will pick you up at the marina on site.

We recently stayed at Waterline. We loved the spacious two bedroom condos. We had a beautiful view of the bay. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Emmy at the front desk was so very helpful, always pleasant and cheerful. She made us feel like family. All the people who worked there go out of their way to make us feel welcome. We can’t wait to come stay again soon. ❤️

We recently stayed at the Waterline. The rooms are fabulous and so clean. The beds are very comfortable and we also had a HUGE balcony overlooking the pool and marina. When you walk in it was decorated beautifully for Xmas and Emmy at the desk was so helpful during our stay. Good staff means a lot to a traveler. This location is perfect as there is a place to eat lunch and dinner right in the hotel. If you stay here, have breakfast at Victoria's It is super good. Also, during dinner, Vistoria's is Sophia's; let me tell you, it is 5-star food. we would not hesitate to stay at Waterline again.

The villas are perfect for traveling with a group of families. We visited with a fairly large group from out of state for a sports tournament. The staff was awesome. Very accommodating. The villas were very clean and comfortable. Great vibe overall. Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We will be back next time we have a sports tournament in the area.
