They have the worst Costumer Service in the world, And that extra $100 of Deposit they ask at check in , its ridiculous like if someone going to steal or destroy those motel cabins… please gurl you need to get emergency help. Im defined not going back to that shitty place.

This was a terrible stay. Had to walk down to office to get pits, pans and dishes. No delivery. We reserved a superior oceanfront King suite but did not get what we paid for. The outside area was trashy and filthy. However, room was nice but not what we paid for. Please refund our money!😡

The worst hovel I've fallen into, that's not a hotel, they're scammers, there was no such pool, you had to walk about 4 blocks to be in the pool, to have breakfast the same story, go somewhere else, but I'm already denouncing them to the BBB they are going to solve the problem and above all they will verify that what they show us on the WEB page is just a fraud Ahhhh and the staff that attends in "the office" that is a store are the worst, arrogant, rude, spoiled no They have an idea of what it's like to treat a client and they live off of us. Hopefully more people will be encouraged and report them to the BBB.
