Its a great hotel, I always prefer to stay in 4Points by Sheraton if its in the area I am travelling to. FPBS at Whitefield has great staff & are very comforting, they gave us an upgrade free of cost & even provided early checkin and late check out. thanks so much for the cooperation!! 💐✅

It was a great place,nice food, and everybody very kind, and they are available for any need you have. There is many options on the restaurant for everybody and Dipali provide great service and was very kind. I highly recommend the place for business sessions.

they served me bananas when requested and that was very sweet of them. really enjoyed the service. great overall experience and the staff were very helpful with us. the buffet was very well organised too and the variety of food was also very excellent.

Nice and comfortable hotel with good service staffs. Room cleanliness is better than another hotel I stayed here which is 5 star. Small property so it’s not busy. Restaurant food is also good but spread is not much but the staffs (Dipali and the breakfast crew) is attentive and helpful, making you feel privileged. Dinner spread was good. Recommended compared to ordering room service.

I was on a official trip in Bengaluru. Starting from Check in to check out the process was smooth and easy. The hospitality was amazing starting from welcome to restaurant staff everyone greeted with smile. A special mention to the "Eateries" the staff Samina, Dipali, Satya, Ashish and Gaurav ***** with their Manager Mrinmoy was very responsive and dealt with the food requirement individually. Although the breakfast options were not plenty but the taste of the foods were really good. Overall a great experience.

We stayed at Four points for one night. They have very good buffet breakfast with variety of items. Excellent service by Samina, Subham, Satya and Bhum. They were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others

It was a pleasure staying at Four Points by Sheraton with its cordial staff and great food. The rooms are pleasant and comfy to make you feel refreshed. With staff like Gaurav, Samina and many more they make the stay amazing. This has been one of best experiences from check in to check out during a stay.
