We had a wonderful stay in Hoi An memories resort and spa. Staff friendly and helpful. The villa is nice and clean.

The hotel is located around 2 km away from the ancient downtown. They provide free shuttle bus at 9am and 3pm everyday which is super rare. There are mosquitoes in the room. The reception can’t speak English properly who didnt clear state the breakfast serving time which made us miss our breakfast. I would suggest they provide the important information in the note instead of relying the reception.

Stay away! This hotel is at best a 3star hotel! Walls a paper thin, very bad insulation on both windows and door, so you are woken up every time someone is speaking, coming back or going out of their room. Very very loud. Pools are green , and never been washed, room is very empty with hard mattress. They advertise that they have a sauna, but is not included in the price, and you will be charged extra.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The bed was soft and provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking both comfort and affordability!

The resort is far away from the town centre. They provide shuttle bus to the town centre but only one way and not for coming back.

I had an amazing time at Hoi An Memories Resort & Spa . The resort's proximity to the Old Town made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained swimming pool was a highlight, offering a serene oasis amidst bustling surroundings. There were numerous Instagram-worthy corners around the resort, making it a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Additionally, the breakfast choices were plentiful and delectable, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff's hospitality exceeded my expectations, as they eagerly shared insider tips on local eateries, attractions, and transportation options, enhancing my overall experience

We booked this resort because we wanted to watch the memory show. The location of the resort is within walking distance from the impression theme park and hence the convenience. The resort service was okay and rooms are clean. However we were greatly disappointed with the policy of “forcing” customers to watch the memory show despite the fact that it was raining heavily with lightning. I.e the mgmt don’t provide any tickets refund when it rains and we all had to stand under the rain to watch the show. Not only was it dangerous for the audience, it was also very dangerous for the actors to put up the show in an open air stage while it is raining and lightning. Overall, we were in shock that the mgmt didn’t even think of basic safety given the open-air show venue. Really disappointed with that!!!!!

여기는 정말 동화같이 아름다운 리조트 입니다. 다른 리조트에 비해 너무 저평가 되어 있는 것 같아요. 여기에 대한 리뷰를 길게 쓰고 싶어요. 1. 객실: 모든 객실이 리버뷰인데, 그 리버뷰가 정말 너무 아름답습니다. 방과 침구는 깨끗하고 방은 넓습니다. 화장실이 크고 좋으며 욕조가 있습니다. 2. 친절: 직원들이 친절하고 우리에게 최선을 다 해줍니다. 리조트를 아름답게 가꾸기 위해 항시 일하고 있습니다. 특히 매니저 mr. hoang vu 직원분에게 매우 감사합니다. 친절하고 인내심을 보여주었습니다. 3. 수영장: 이 리조트의 수영장은 엄청난 가치를 가지고 있습니다. 두 개의 수영장은 모두 수심이 깊고 수질이 깨끗합니다. 특히 강을 바라 보고 있는 인피니티 풀의 전망은 환상적이며, 너무 아름답고, 투본강과 노을을 멋지게 감상할 수 있습니다. 아주 관리가 잘 되고 있고 정말 아름다운 수영장. 4. 메모리즈쇼: 이 쇼는 돈이 아깝지 않은 아름다운 대규모 뮤지컬이었습니다. 투숙중에 이 쇼를 봐야 합니다. 이 리조트에 묵으면 편리하게 쇼를 감상할 수 있습니다. 멋진 경험이었습니다. 5. 정원 등 리조트 분위기: 리조트 내의 조경을 매우 아름답게 하고 있으며 하나의 섬이 전부 리조트 이기 때문에 강변과 아름다운 잔디속에서 꿈같은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 자연친화적. 6. 조식 및 식당: 우리는 수영장에서 볶음밥을 시켜 먹었는데 양이 많고 맛있었으며, 조식은 깔끔하고 적지 않은 메뉴를 가지고 있어요. 7. 관광지: 리조트에서는 무료로 자전거를 대여해줍니다. 올드타운에 가는 것이 자전거로 5분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 우리는 매우 편안하게 관광지를 둘러 볼 수 있었어요. 💗아주 평화롭고 행복한 기억을 남겨 주는 소중한 리조트 입니다. (다양한 인종의 사람들이 이용하고 한국인에 치우쳐 있지 않습니다.)
