第一次入住銀座艾迪遜，第一感覺是很像倫敦艾迪遜的大堂，如果紅茶香更重一點就好了。前台的服務很貼心。酒店佔地沒有虎之門大，停車不算方便，但是地理位置確實優越，房間空間也比虎之門大，浴室差不多，整體色調更暗。下次有機會還來。

房間比銀座其他的都大，夠用，員工態度很好，很主動，出入都問候使人心情愉快，有一天逛街回到酒店大堂坐了一會，大堂吧主動提供飲料很貼心、房間衞生很好，位置一流對於喜歡購物的朋友出門右轉十幾米就可以看到LV、跟着就是銀座正街。 走路去銀座站就6 7分鐘的事，打士就不用説很方便，但因是新酒店有些年齡大的司機不太熟悉，可使用攜程的問路卡，上有日文地址和酒店名字。 十分感謝前台員工Sophia,很熱情接待，下次再去東京這也是首選。

酒店大堂很小，但很有特色，有別於其他酒店，蠻有魅力的。房間很大，很舒適，位置優越，服務超級熱情，很喜歡，下次來東京還會入住。

酒店從環境、風格、服務、到餐食，都非常的好，住的很舒心很開心很温馨，酒店硬件維護十分到位，十分豪華， 房間大，浴室寬敞

この5つ星ホテルのサービスは非の打ちどころがなく、スタッフは温かく迎えてくれ、常にゲストを中心に考えてくれた。

Arrived in Tokyo, Ginza, exhausted,on 27th May. Taxi stopped opposite hotel. In a flash a beaming doorman MR Hide-San and his team Mr. Karti, Mr. Bobby, rushed across and helped us. In the lobby with a cup of relaxing coffee AI-San warmly welcomed us and communicated with us in halting English. To our surprise a fellow Malaysian"godmother" FAU- came over to make sure everything is smooth sailing.We had no trouble in understanding AI-San. "AI" in Chinese meant "Love" and we thank her and her team for such a love-ly welcome. Fresh pastries from the Lobby Bar were served by two Indonesians staff. It is amusing to see their SHOCK - a Malaysian Chinese communicating in Bahasa Malaysia,- a language which is similar to Bahasa Indonesia. We really felt "At Home"then. Met Yesu-San, who arranged an array of late dinner"small bites" at the Bar. It was a fantastic "spread".On the recommendation of Mr Daniel to the SOPHIA restaurant, 14th floor, we met Yuta-San. Their Menu was extensive-we tend to over order but Yuta-San managed to advise and gave us such good recommendations. Their meat dishes were cooked to perfection. We met Mr Mark Kusano at their roof top bar- a real Garden of Eden, with the breeze whistling to the beat of disco music- encouraging us to "shake, rattle and roll."Mr Mark spoke perfect English and sought out our suggestions on their Hotel services. We suggested a TRAVEL DESK where short excursion outside Tokyo can be arranged. On departure early next morning Mr.Mark Kusano was on hand to bid his "AU-REVOIR".To all Teams that served us you projected this MOTTO-"YOU CAME, YOU SAW, WE CONQUERED." We shall return.

We had to unload our luggage on opposite the Hotel- immediately the hotel staff rush over to guide us across to its entrance. Also on our last day- are in urgent need of another luggage, the Guest Relation Officer accompanied us all the way to this huge factory outlet; guiding us through the immense corridors to the luggage area.
